Alvin W. Jackson

Mr. Jackson has over 35 years of worldwide experience in mineral exploration and development. During his career he has been directly involved with the exploration drilling and pre-feasibility studies on two major gold deposits (Detour Lake, Ontario, Canada and Golden Cross in New Zealand) and one porphyry copper deposit (Huckleberry, B.C., Canada), all of which subsequently became producers. His experience includes work as an Exploration Manager for Cyprus Minerals Canada Inc. from 1989 to 1992, and serving as CEO and COO of EuroZinc Mining Corp. from 1998 to 2005. He directed that company in its acquisition of the Aljustrel and Neves Corvo zinc and copper mines in Portugal. EuroZinc subsequently grew to a market cap of over $1.5 billion before merging with Lundin Mining. Currently, Mr. Jackson serves as Director and VP Exploration and Development of Freegold Ventures Ltd., as well as serving on the boards of several publicly listed companies.

Arthur Freeze

Mr. Freeze has extensive experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation, management and development for both senior and junior resource companies. He has held consulting, management and supervisory positions with international mining companies such as Cominco Ltd., Pasminco Exploration, Echo Bay Mines and Pan American Silver Corp. He has extensive international experience in North, Central and South America, and acted as the principal Consulting Geologist for Wheaton River Minerals and Goldcorp Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Freeze serves on the boards of several publicly listed companies.

Bahman Yamini - CEO, President

Mr. Yamini serves as a Director and President & CEO of Canasil; his professional career has focused on international trade and the supply of industrial products and systems to developing economies, specializing in the automotive and telecommunications industries, which has involved cooperation with a number of major international corporations. His primary focus is Canasil's development strategy and operations, project acquisition agreements and the Company's cooperation agreements with joint venture partners. Mr. Yamini holds degrees in Engineering Science, Production Engineering and Business Management.

David Terry

Dr. Terry is a professional economic geologist, senior executive and corporate director with more than 25 years of international experience in the mineral resources sector. He has played key roles in the successful discovery/acquisition, exploration and development of a number of precious and base metal deposits, primarily in North and South America, and has expertise in advanced project evaluation, M&A, corporate finance, and design and execution of effective exploration programs. Dr. Terry has held executive positions and directorships with a number of publicly-listed and private mineral resource companies; he currently serves as CEO, President and director of Genesis Metals Ltd. and a director of Great Bear Resources Ltd., Golden Arrow Resources Corp., Aftermath Silver Ltd., and Blue Sky Uranium Corp. He has also worked with a number of senior mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation. Dr. Terry holds a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in geology from Western University in Ontario and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Erme Enriquez

Mr. Enriquez, a graduate of Universidad de Sonora (B.A. Geology) and Colorado School of Mines (M.Sc. Economic Geology and Exploration), has held a variety of positions as an exploration and mine geologist, including Chief Geologist at Luismin's Tayoltita Mine and as Exploration Manager for Mexico with Luismin and former Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (later Goldcorp). His team was involved in major discoveries in all three major areas of Luismin's operations: the San Dimas district, the San Martin District and La Guitarra District. He joined former Capstone Gold Corp. (now Capstone Mining) in 2003 as Exploration Manager for Mexico, and subsequently became an independent consultant to various Canadian and Mexican companies including Canasil, before he became a full time Director of Exploration for Canasil in Mexico. Mr. Enriquez is affiliated with several professional geological associations including: the Geological Society of America, the Association of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico, of which he was president in several districts. He is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (CPG 11214) and the Society of Economic Geologists where he has acted as correspondent and president for the Mexico and the Caribbean districts.

Gary D. Nordin

Mr. Nordin is a leading exploration geologist with a proven track record of identifying and developing mining projects. As a co-founding Director and Vice President of Bema Gold Corporation, he successfully identified significant open pit type heap leach gold reserves in the United States and Chile, including the Refugio deposit (6 to 8 million oz). Subsequently, as a founding Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Consulting Geologist of Eldorado Corporation Ltd. from 1990 to 2000, Mr. Nordin participated in the discovery and development of several important gold deposits, including the La Colorada Mine in Mexico (1.0 million oz.), the Kisladag deposit (8.0 million oz.) in Turkey. Mr. Nordin has served on the Board of Directors of several publicly listed exploration and mining companies, such as Nevada Pacific Gold before its takeover by US Gold, and continues to serve as a Director of several publicly listed companies.

Graham H. Scott - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Mr. Scott acts as Counsel in the law firm Bennet Jones LLP of Vancouver, B.C., specializing in the areas of mining and securities law. Mr. Scott holds undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Economic Geology, and prior to his legal career was a practicing Exploration Geologist in North America and Africa. Mr. Scott is a well-recognized keynote speaker at legal and industry related conferences and provides insight into the understanding of both legal issues and the technical requirements necessary for the successful management of mineral exploration and mining companies. Mr. Scott represents many Canadian public companies which are listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in addition to clients in the corporate finance business.

Iain F. MacPhail

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. MacPhail served as a principal of a public accounting practice in Vancouver, B.C., from 1988 to 2007. Prior to establishing his own firm, he specialized in the tax practices of two major accounting firms in Vancouver and Toronto. Mr. MacPhail has been an officer, director and Chief Financial Officer of several private and public resource companies where his responsibilities included finance, administration and regulatory reporting. Mr. MacPhail was Chief Financial officer of Far West Mining Ltd. until the acquisition of Far West in June 2011 by Capstone Mining in a transaction valued at $725 million.

Kerry Spong

Mr. Spong is an accountant with extensive experience in public and private practice. He has worked in the preparation and review of financial data including audit work for a wide range of mineral exploration companies. He acted as a Director of Primary Metals Inc. and CFO of Riverstone Resources Inc., subsequently True Gold Mining until its acquisition by Endeavour Mining in 2016. He also acts as a director of Abacus Mining and Exploration Corp.

Michael McInnis

Mr. McInnis is a professional engineer with over 45 years of experience in mineral exploration in North America and abroad with a demonstrated track record in acquiring and developing high quality mineral projects. He has extensive experience managing junior mining companies, most recently at True Gold Mining (formerly Riverstone Resources Inc.) until its acquisition by Endeavour Mining in 2016. He is also currently a director and Executive Chairman of Abacus Mining and Exploration Corp. and a director of Victoria Gold Corp.

Robert F. Brown

Robert F. Brown, P. Eng. Advisor to the Board of Canasil, is the designated Qualified Person for the Company's technical information in accordance with National Instrument 43 101. Mr. Brown is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Engineering Geology from Queen's University. His 40 years of experience in the mining industry includes 15 years with Lac Minerals Canada, and culminating in the position of VP Exploration for 12 years with Great Panther Silver Ltd. overseeing and directing exploration efforts at three mines sites and various exploration projects. Mr. Brown has also held senior management positions in the junior mining sector working on projects throughout the Americas, Eastern Europe and Indonesia, primarily with porphyry copper and epithermal gold deposits. He currently serves as the President, CEO and Director of Finlay Minerals Ltd. He is a Qualified Person (QP) as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
