Cake Concepts is located in the heart of Auckland's North Shore at 7b Ascension Place, within the Rosedale/Mairangi Bay area. Situated just off Constellation Drive, our bakery boasts a custom-designed, spacious, and user-friendly facility. We adhere to an approved Food Control Plan utilizing HACCP applications... Cake Concepts, a New Zealand-operated business, started in 1995 in Browns Bay by Hasler Fine Cakes Limited. Acquired by Hasler Fine Cakes (1999) Limited just four years later, the bakery moved to Constellation Drive and expanded its offerings with savouries in 2010. In 2015, Libertee Company Limited acquired the business, successfully navigating challenges during the Covid pandemic.
