These stars are for Brandon Tomas. I requested him after reading Yelp reviews- although frankly, I didn't realize the importance of a field rep until I worked with him. Wow! Brandon is responsive. He gave me tips to make the install affordable. He came with the tech for the install, and returned with the install manager to replace a device. It turns out that a security system is rather individualized and it's good to have someone who has your interests in mind and keep his promises.

Brandon Tomas the salesman for California Security Pro got me a fantastic deal on a ADT wireless security system. I had moved into a home that had never had a security system installed before. Brandon was able to get the installation done for free which was something ADT had originally promised me if I would transfer my existing service. However, when ADT found out there were no sensors on the windows they wanted an additional $40/window. Brandon is the definition of good customer service and what a good salesman should be. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He also followed up the next day after installation to check on me and if I had any further questions. Jesse Amatrone installed the new ADT wireless security system in my home and did a fantastic job! He arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window and finished within an hour or so. He took the time to carefully explain and introduce the new system to me. I would highly recommend California Security Pro to anyone looking for a new security system. Very Happy Customer!!!

Dorelle was the rep who sold us the system. She was well informed, explained everything well to us and convinced us how valuable and easy to use the system would be. Which I did, and was very thankful that he reached out to me, as I was able to clarify some things on the app and exactly how to use parts of the system with him. I've been showing how cool this app and system is to everyone I know! Joe Abeyta came to my house to present us the ADT information, but my husband wasn't home at the time. Joe wasn't pushy to sell me the product, he was very understanding that I wanted my husband home to hear about the services also. Getting signed up was a very simple process, and in just a few days our installer was at our house!! Rene came to install our system. He was very professional while in our home. He took his time to be sure that everything was done the correct way the first time!!! We have a lot of doors and windows, so it took some time, but he never complained and was very nice while here. After installing everything, he gave us an overview of the system, and got us logged on with the apps for our phones. He made it very easy to understand!!! Joe came back the following day to review the entire system, everything online, our account, our apps, and follow up with any questions that we had! Joe Abeyta was thorough from start to finish. Actually, he went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the different products and elements that coincided with the alarm system. Once installation was complete, Joe took the time to come to our home and ensure that everything was installed properly and also to ensure that we were aware of how to use all the equipment we had installed. This was not something that Joe had to do, but he did. This demonstrates the length he is willing to go to ensure his customers are satisfied. Rene completed our installation and he too was awesome. He arrived within the scheduled time frame, and was very professional throughout the entire process. The entire process with ADT was hassle free and my husband and I definitely have peace of mind knowing that we are protected.

I was not too impressed with my Comcast home security system that I was going to transfer but decided ADT was a better service. The ADT app is super cool too since I can watch the cameras live from my phone. The installer(Larry) did an amazing job setting up the cameras and wiring it so that there were no wires visible running down my wall. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the service.
