OurOwner,BenVrobel,hasbeenwithCamelotsince2011,andistheSon-in-lawofourfounder,DanPopp.BenstartedatCamelotasatechnician,andworkedhiswaythroughthecompanyasamarketingrepresentativeandprojectmangerbeforebecomingapartnerin2014.Ben'smissionistobuildacompanythatinstillsineachofitsemployeesastrongspiritofcareandcommitmenttowardsachievingthehighestlevelofserviceforourcustomersandreferringpartiesastheonlyexclusiveproviderofwaterdamagemitigationintheKalamazoo,LansingandGrandRapidsmarkets. Owner,Ben,arrivedon-siteandbegantoinspectthedamage.Benusedspecializedequipmenttodetectthelevelofmoistureonthefloor,wallsandceiling.Theextentofthedamageandscopeofworkwasthencommunicatedtothehomeowner.Twocrewchiefsandatechniciangottoworkwiththecleanupandremovalofunsalvageablematerials.Specialequipmentwasinstalledtodrytheirhardwoodfloors.Ourteamalsoinstalledmultipleairmovers,dehumidifiers,airscrubbers,andafewinjectdrymachinestoensurethehomewasproperlydried.
