Daniel DeMarco

Dan joined Campanelli in 1989 and is currently responsible for managing Campanelli's business operations including the firm's commercial real estate portfolio as well as acquisitions and new development. Dan previously served as Chairman for the Board of South Shore YMCA Board of Directors, Chief Volunteer Officer and Board of Trustees. He currently plays an active role on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Massachusetts; previously he served as President of the organization in 1996, and National Chairman in 2003.

Jeffrey DeMarco

Jeff joined Campanelli in 1983 as a Project Manager. He is now a Partner and President of Campanelli Construction. Jeff is Chairman of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Massachusetts, a member of NAIOP, Vice Chairman on the Board of Trustees at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA and on the Norwell Economic Development Committee. He currently holds his Massachussetts Supervisor's License as well as a Builder's License for the Cities of Boston and Quincy, Massachusetts.

Robert DeMarco

Rob is a member of NAIOP Massachusetts Chapter, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Massachusetts Alliance of Economic Development (MAED). He has his Massachusetts Real Estate License and is also on the Board of Directors for the Inly School.

Stephen J.T. Murphy

Steve is a Principal and the head of Campanelli's acquisitions and investments with a particular focus on value added opportunities. Steve joined Campanelli in 2000 and is a top executive in the real estate industry. He has served as both President and Chairman of NAIOP Massachusetts and currently serves on its board. Steve is involved with MIT's Alumni Fundraising Committee for its Center for Real Estate. Previously, he was a Big Brother with Big Brothers of Massachusetts. In 2014, Steve joined the Board of Directors for Crossroads and is actively involved with the non-profit.
