Charlie Kleier has more than 30 years of experience in investment and commercial real estate. Charlie was a partner in NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson prior to the subsequent sale to Colliers International. He has worked out of the Vancouver, SW Washington office since 1989, after starting his career as a commercial real estate appraiser. Charlie joined Capacity Commercial Group in 2020, focusing on investment and multifamily transactions. He is recognized as selling more real estate in this market than any other commercial broker to date.
Charlie is a strong community leader and advocate for youth development in Southwest Washington. He serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Washington and has for over ten years. He also serves on the Vancouver Public School District Management Task Force. Additionally, he is an advance level soccer coach junior academy trainer for the Washington Timbers Football Club (WTFC) and served as the project manager for the Harmony Sports Complex Improvement Project.

Daniel Helm graduated from Louisiana State University as a top division one athlete. He spent two years at Newmark Knight Frank learning the fundamentals of Industrial sales and leasing being surrounded by extremely successful and kind people. Daniel joined Capacity Commercial group and has teamed up with one of the best industrial minds in the industry, Mark Childs. Daniel is a 4th generation Oregonian, he was raised by a faithful family and is married to his childhood sweetheart.
Daniel believes that success is not the end goal, success is when you're enjoying the Journey. "Work as hard as you can so you can sleep easy at night and live with no regrets." Since I was young, I've heard my father say, "Let your Yes be Yes and your No be NO." I never understood the value of that until I finished college and began my career. That is what I strive for now, my end goal for every client is to make it a "win/win" agreement and make sure we have exhausted every option to find the best opportunity for their business to continue being successful. When I accomplish that, I'm able to sleep well at night and live with no regrets.
In his spare time, he is involved in giving back to the community and spending time with his family. You will see Daniel continue to cheer for his alma mater LSU Tigers every Saturday and screaming "GEAUX Tigers." Daniel enjoys hiking, snowboarding, golfing, Yoga and exploring the Pacific Northwest and of course enjoying the journey while laughing with friends and family.

Laura Gentry's entire career has been in commercial real estate primarily focusing on management and leasing of industrial, office and flex properties. She has been active in the Portland real estate community for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group, Laura was the Senior Vice President, Regional Director of the Portland office of KG Investment Properties since 2004. She was accountable for driving the leasing, capital, and overall asset management functions of the managed assets as well as new business development. Laura grew the managed portfolio from 1.7M square feet in 2004 to 5.7M square feet in 2016 and developed a $10.5M, 190,600 square foot industrial distribution facility on 11.5 acres which was completed in April 2016 on behalf of an institutional client. Clients include Principal Real Estate Investors, Black Creek Group, Griffin Capital, Washington Holdings, Graymark Capital and individual high net worth investors.
Prior to joining KG, Laura was responsible, as General Manager, for the entire Equity Office Properties Kruse Way office submarket, consisting of over 1.34 million square feet of Class "A" office product. Laura managed a team of 14 property management professionals, completed an average of 50 lease transactions per year, and supervised tenant improvement and capital improvements. She was responsible for developing two Class A office buildings: Kruse Oaks I (4-story, 92,000 square feet) in 2001 and Kruse Woods V (8-story, 184,000 square feet) in 2003. Laura has considerable experience addressing entitlement and property concerns with governmental entities, financial analysis of operations and developments, tenant relations, strategic planning, budgeting, and lease negotiation.
Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Oregon, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and holds an Oregon Principal Broker license. She has been active in the Portland real estate community for more than 25 years. Laura is active in the Portland Chapters of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Laura served on the Board of Directors for BOMA for eight years, was the 2010 President of the Portland Chapter of BOMA and the Pacific Northwest Regional President of BOMA from 2011 - 2013. Laura is a past President of IREM Oregon Chapter #29. In addition to her real estate affiliations, Laura serves on the President's Advisory Council for Lakewood Center for the Arts, the Property Committee for Girl Scouts of Oregon and SW Washington and is President of the Metro League of the Oregon Interscholastic Ski Racing Association.

Mark Childs is a Principal at Capacity Commercial Group. Previous to Capacity, Mr. Childs founded Integrated Facility Services in 1994 which eventually was merged to form ICPS. Mr. Childs focus is on Industrial/High Tech clients, using his rare back ground to assist his clients with their total facilities solutions.
Mark Childs is a 5th generation Oregonian, having attended Marshall High School, obtained an Industrial Engineering Degree from Oregon State, and a Masters in Business Administration from Portland State.
Mark has been recognized by the Portland Commercial Association of Realtors as a Top Producer. Furthermore, Mark has won National Awards for largest High Tech deals in the CORFAC Network.

Nick Kassab is a Senior Vice President at Capacity Commercial Group with more than a decade and a half of experience in the commercial real estate industry. After getting his BS in Economics from the University of Oregon, Mr. Kassab went on to get his MBA in Real Estate and his MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group in 2021, Mr. Kassab was a Senior Director at JLL. In this role, he headed the company's retail institutional investment sales platform in the greater Pacific Northwest region.
Mr. Kassab has closed over $1.5 billion in sales and leasing volume throughout his career.
His prior notable achievements include the Commercial Association of Brokers "Investment Broker of the Year" Award for the State of Oregon and southwest Washington. Mr. Kassab is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers, the Portland Business Alliance, NAIOP Commercial Development Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
