Principal Broker, Doug Anderson, has a strong background helping Buyers and Sellers, Landlords and Tenants with all their commercial real estate needs. Beginning his real estate career in 2000, Doug has spent all his time in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in office, retail, apartment projects, industrial and land. Doug has vast experience helping clients with building & managing mixed use commercial/residential projects. Doug currently offers full service commercial brokerage, and supervises Candor Realty\'s experienced property management team in and around the Greater Lafayette, Indiana area.
The team at Candor Realty includes a knowledgeable and hardworking maintenance crew. Keith Green, head of the maintenance department, supervises and maintains an efficient, quick, and diligent team. Not only is our group of handymen, plumbers, electricians and grounds crew skillful, they are also punctual and polite. Tenants feel comfortable letting our group in their homes and businesses because they trust them. Our considerate and reliable staff provides quick solutions to Tenants' problems while at the same time providing lower costs for our property owners.
Nisha was born and raised in Lafayette and for more than 10 years has been a Property Manager with Doug Anderson and Candor Realty. Nisha's goal is to build a strong relationship with her Tenants and see to it that their experiences living with Candor Realty is very satisfactory. Nisha's responsibilities include leasing and lease renewals, organizing all move-ins and move-outs, and managing all maintenance needs for both commercial and residential Tenants.
In Nisha's spare time, she stays busy with her two girls, parents and husband of over 15 years. Nisha and her family enjoy spending time outdoors with their golden retriever, Zoey.
