David DeRosa

Mr. DeRosa comes to Cardinal Investment Group following a 40-year career in Information Technology, with the last 20 years focusing on Sales Leadership and Account Management. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. DeRosa has studied and applied financial principles to his personal life and is eager to share his experience with his clients. Mr. DeRosa holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, allowing him to provide investment advice and trade securities for clients. For more than 26 years he and his family have made Conway their home. He and his wife, Cindy, have two grown daughters, Morgan and Dayle. They all share a love of travel and have even lived abroad which allowed them to gain valuable insight into a new culture. In addition to traveling, Mr. DeRosa enjoys cycling and the health benefits it brings. His desire to give back to his community has led Mr. DeRosa to participate in many church and civic organizations over the years. He is currently a member of the Kiwanis and Optimist Clubs and serves as president of the Faulkner County Landlord Association. He is a member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife are members of New Life Church and lead a community group on the Foundation of Marriage.

Gail Murdoch

As a Certified Financial Planner™, Ms. Murdoch focuses on financial planning with a holistic approach to her clients' financial wellbeing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arkansas Tech University where she graduated Cum Laude. She completed her CFP® coursework through Rice University. Only those who have fulfilled the certification and renewal requirements of CFP Board can display the CFP® certification marks, which represent a high level of competency, ethics, and professionalism. As a CFP®, Ms. Murdoch has been trained in financial planning, estate planning, investments, insurance, taxation, and retirement plans. She uses this training to create complex financial plans and investment strategies which focus on probabilities, legacy issues, and tax efficiencies. She holds the Series 7, 24, 51 and 63 securities licenses and is also licensed to sell life insurance (Ark. Ins. Lic. #10694750). Ms. Murdoch founded Cardinal Investment Group in Conway, Ark., in 2009. Ms. Murdoch is a life-long member of Memorial Presbyterian Church in Atkins, Ark., where she serves as Clerk of Session. She is a member of the Conway Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Conway. She and her husband, Mark Murdoch, have been married for 28 years. They have one daughter, Moira; a son-in-law Judd Moore and a two granddaughters, Laykin and Penelope Moore. Their daughter, Moira, is a student at the UAMS College of Medicine. Gary Seibel

Mr. Seibel started his career in banking as a branch manager, then a lender in both residential and commercial lending. From there he was asked to become a wholesaler at a REIT where he acted as an investor to banks and various lending institutions. He went on to become the president of a lending firm in Little Rock, and then a division president of an investment firm, and was the CFO for a health strategies company. Mr. Seibel received his securities licenses in 2010. Mr. Seibel holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses along with a life insurance license (Ark. Ins. Lic. #11724706). In 2011, Mr. Seibel joined Cardinal Investment Group. He specializes in financial advising with a focus on investment advising and retirement planning. Mr. Seibel further specializes in financial coaching services for individuals and businesses that need something more than standard financial advice. Acting as a business consultant, Mr. Seibel uses his financial expertise and experience to provide a CFO role for multiple small and growing businesses. In addition to his responsibilities as a financial advisor, Mr. Seibel is a Vice President of Trutoro, responsible for recruiting. Mr. Seibel studied at Berean University (Biblical Studies), SAU Tech (Fire Science), and Liberty University (Government and Finance). Mr. Seibel has held several board positions in the past for a variety of civic and nonprofit entities and is currently on the boards of five non-profits: Sons Of The Flag, an organization dedicated to revolutionizing burn care, Riverside Actors Theater, a theater company dedicated to helping veterans and first responders overcome PTSD and other traumatic injuries, the Wellness Initiative Network (WIN), a nonprofit that links military, law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders with counselors, clergy, and nonprofit organizations in an effort to provide overall wellness for those in our community that serve our community; Arkansas Military and First Responder Academy, Arkansas's only all JROTC High School, and is a board member for Arkansas Historic Restoration Academy, an organization that is building education programs and partnering with universities in order to teach individuals valuable skills needed for historic preservation. Mitch Tapson

He began his business caree r early in life as an insurance agent for his father, eventually owning the agency. He earned his bachelor's degree from Ouachita Baptist University and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He became a minister later in life and still serves Hillcrest Community Church as Pastor. He was licensed for investments in 2007. Mr. Tapson holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Robert Mikkelsen

Mr. Mikkelsen has been in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. In 1981 he started his career on Wall Street and soon became a senior equity trader specializing in technology stocks. In 1990 Mr. Mikkelsen was promoted to Head Trader of the Lehman Brothers Nasdaq desk. Robert held three senior trading positions during the 1990's and then took an opportunity to run the equity division for a regional brokerage firm called Advest, Inc. Also during the early 1990's Mr. Mikkelsen served four years on the Nasdaq Trading Committee as well as the Quality Of Markets Sub-Committee which were designed to offer insights to the NASD Board on various market structure issues.
