Capital Advisory is a privately held company originally formed in 1993 as a Delaware corporation for the purposes of selling premium telephone services. Since 2006 Capital Advisory has focused on consulting with companies seeking to raise capital through the public equity markets. In simple terms this means taking companies from private to public and helping them raise money. Our first solo project, Sushee Inc., was completed and then sold in 2008. Since then we have consulted on numerous private placement deals that have resulted in many tens of millions of dollars of capital being raised... For the first time Capital Advisory is seeking outside investors to help to enable us to handle the increasing demand that we are experiencing.
