Alexia was admitted to the profession by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2021 and joined Capital Legal in 2022. Alexia currently practices in the areas of Property Law and Settlements, Wills and Estates, Commercial Law, and Business Settlements.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience providing Commercial, Leasing, Wills & Estates and Liquor Licensing advice and assistance to a wide range of clients including businesses, local government authorities and private customers.
Chloe joined our team in 2022 as a receptionist and provides professional helpful assistance to all Capital Legal clients. She previously has worked in the Beauty Industry and has had lots of experience working with clientele and day to day reception duties.
Mina joined Capital Legal in 2019 and has worked in the legal profession for over 27 years as a receptionist and secretary and helps provide professional and friendly assistance to all Capital Legal clients.
Elisia has been admitted to practice in WA for over a decade and is experienced in all areas of Property Law, including the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties.
Kiara is currently in her third year of Bachelor or Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Major: Social Justice) at the University of Notre Dame. Kiara assists all solicitors by drafting advice and research on matters such as Property Law, Wills and Estates and Employment Law and assisting and attending property settlements.
Robert is an experienced litigation and commercial solicitor having acted on a wide variety of litigious and non-litigious matters including property, building and construction disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, retail and commercial leasing advice and wills and deceased estates advice.
Sonia has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years, commencing as a legal secretary and advancing to Practice Manager. Sonia now manages all aspects of the Capital Legal practice and ensures that a high quality of customer service and administration is experienced by all Capital Legal clients.
Tom has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Information Systems) and a Master Degree in Taxation. He has over 20 years of experience providing commercial and management advice to a diverse range of businesses.
Tony joined Capital Legal in July 2019 and currently practices mainly in the area of Wills and Estates. Prior to this he was with Frank Unmack & Cullen Fremantle, joining that firm in 1998 and being the sole partner since 2007.
