Capital Investors Realty was founded in 1974 as a family run business specializing in the brokerage of multifamily properties in Houston, Texas. After relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 1987 and falling in love with the land surrounding the Valley, we began focusing on the sale of investment and development land. As the Valley grew we began offering commercial leasing and sales to our numerous investors and development partners. Today Capital Investors Realty has sold many thousands of acres across the the Valley in addition to entitling and selling numerous development projects in North Phoenix and Surprise... We specialize in the brokerage of investment and development land throughout Metro-Phoenix having successfully brokered thousands of acres of land for our investors and owners since 1987... When representing a Lessor or a Lessee, we understand that there is no such thing as a "small deal," since each transaction affects many parties.
