Harry Artz

Mr. Artz joined Capitol Management Partners in 2007 and has been engaged on several senior level IT Executive Consulting engagements. Mr. Artz is a trusted industry consultant helping steer telecommunication companies towards the right decision for their business in defining IT strategy, furthering their IT capabilities, and implementing key large scale IT initiatives. He now leads the IT practice at Capitol Management Partners. As Vice President and subsequently Senior Vice President, Mr. Artz has been responsible for all of Verizon Telecom Billing Systems for over 13 years including managing staff in excess of 5000 personnel. Through the mergers of Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, and GTE this included over 20 physical billing platforms across Telecom collectively generating over 500 million bills annually. As an IT Development VP, Director, Manager, and Individual Contributor, Mr. Artz has been involved in all aspects of management, development, delivery, and maintenance of large Systems Initiatives.

Ian Gerrard

Ian Gerrard has held various senior level Corporate Finance, Accounting and Treasury positions with MCI, Sprint International, Global One/Equant and Comsat International. Ian has extensive hands-on experience in areas of Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Negotiating Sale/Purchase Agreements, Due Diligence Management, Corporate Restructuring, Debt Financing, Company Valuations, Capital Budgeting and performing industry and market assessment analyses. Ian has also been instrumental in managing the formation of new businesses, building financial models and providing executive leadership in forging new business combinations, integrating merged companies and implementing financial and operational company turnarounds. As CFO of Comsat International, Ian restructured and managed all aspects of the Finance organization including Financial Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Administration, Budgeting, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development and M&A functions. Ian led the financial turnaround of the company, beginning with the acquisition from Lockheed Martin to its emergence as one of the fastest growing and profitable telecommunications companies operating in Central and South America and the Middle East Ian also served as Vice President for Mergers & Acquisitions for Primus Telecommunications and prior to this he held the position of Executive Director of Corporate Business Development for Global One/Equant, a provider of Global Business Voice, Data and Managed IP services. He formed Global One's Financial Business Analysis group, which was responsible for evaluating, negotiating and implementing M&A transactions and establishing strategic partnerships for the Company around the world. His team successfully forged joint ventures, supporting commercial relationships in the UK, Japan, Israel, Australia, Mexico, Russia, Hungary, Denmark and Italy. Ian served Sprint International in several key management roles where he evaluated and managed market, industry, technology and financial cost-benefit analyses for building and acquiring telecommunication companies. Ian was also instrumental in guiding the launch of several offshore telecommunications entities in Australia, Europe, Asia and Russia. While in this position, he played an integral financial and planning role in the valuation and formation of Global One/Equant, combining the worldwide operations of Sprint, France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom Ian worked with MCI Telecommunications where he held various management positions in Financial Reporting, Budget & Planning, Internal Audit, Corporate Business Analysis, and Product Management. Earlier experience included public accounting in Australia and the UK. Ian Gerrard received a BSc. in Business Studies from Preston Institute of Technology (Aust.), an MBA in Finance from The American University and he is an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Patricia is an Ecuadorian national. She holds an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Canada. Patricia is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
