Dale has been with Capitol Siding and a resident of Auburn since 1988. Prior to joining the family business, Dale was a State Auditor with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
He has been very active in the local community. He is a former Auburn Little League coach, St. Joseph's Basketball coach, and Auburn Girls Fast-Pitch softball coach and Vice President. He has supported Auburn Youth & Family Services, Pakachoag Community Music School, Auburn Public Schools, and served as an Auburn Town Meeting Member.
In addition to being a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Business Management, Dale holds a Construction Supervisors License and is a licensed real estate broker.
Mark has been working with Capitol Siding customers since 1979. He is a graduate of Nichols College with a Bachelors Degree in Business and received his MBA from Anna Maria College. Mark is also a real estate broker and notary public. Local community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and Auburn District Nurses Association (ADNA).
Mark is a past president of both the Chamber of Commerce and ADNA. An avid golfer, Mark was also on the Board of Governors at Pleasant Valley Country Club.
Moses "Mark" Sarkisian, Sr. was born in Charlton, MA, son of Sarkis and Nectar Sarkisian. He grew up in Rutland and made Auburn his home for more than 60 years.
He was a proud World War II veteran and served in the Army Air Corps as an air traffic controller.
In 1951, he founded the Capitol Aluminum Products Company, now known as Capitol Siding. At that time, the company's specialty was aluminum siding installation. The ensuing years brought about the expansion into window installation, roofing, patio rooms and a gutter division, as well as vinyl and fiber cement siding.
Moses worked as a private detective for the Horgan Detective Agency in Worcester. He owned the former Peacock Lounge in Auburn. He was a licensed real estate agent and Notary Public, and was owner of Auburn Realty Company. Through his commercial real estate ventures, he helped develop two industrial parks in Auburn and served on many local boards.
He was a founding member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and contributed to the organization as an officer/director for more than 43 years. He served as president (1972-1973) and chaired the Economic Development committee.
He was a lifelong member of the Joel H. Prouty Lodge of Masons in Auburn and the Auburn/ Webster Lodge of Elks, as well as a member of the Worcester Better Business Bureau.
Moses received the Auburn Democrat of the Year Award and the Auburn Citizen of the year Award. He enjoyed playing golf as a member of Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton for over 25 years, where he participated in and won many golf tournaments. He was also a member of Bear Lakes Country Club, West Palm Beach Florida, where he made his winter home with his family.
He was an avid card player and loved hunting and fishing. He took great pleasure in his family and friends. He was a longtime member and Godfather of the Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, Worcester. Moses and wife Nancy were married for 45 years and raised three children, Mark Jr., Dale and Sheri Lee. He was the proud grandfather of eight. Mark Sr. passed away in January 2013 having dedicated more than 60 years to the business and his community.

Ryan, son-in-law of Mark Sarkisian, Jr., joined the Capitol Siding team in 2014. He has worked in the construction field since 2006 doing residential and commercial work throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states. He has been a member of the Local 243 laborers Union for 6 years.
Ryan grew up in Auburn, and graduated from Auburn High School. He has been an active member of the community and likes spending time on the golf course, walking outdoor trails with his dog Bentley, going fishing and spending time on his boat. Ryan enjoys working side by side with his family and working with home owners to help them bring their home improvement projects to life.
Toni Facchini has been with Capitol Siding since 2004. She is a graduate of Massachusetts Bay Community College and has attended Northeastern University.
