The Carbon Tax Center ("CTC") was launched in January 2007 to give voice to Americans who believe that taxing emissions of carbon dioxide - along with commensurate taxes on methane and other greenhouse gases - is imperative to reduce global warming. Founders Charles Komanoff and Daniel Rosenblum brought to CTC a combined six decades of experience in economics, law, public policy and social change.
