Dr. Riley received his medical degree from *Universidad AutÌ_noma de Nuevo LeÌ_n, *School of Medicine, Monterrey, N.L. Mexico. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Family Medicine Residency Program in Dallas, TX. Dr. Riley is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
