Brenda Frazier has more than 20 years of fundraising experience, having developed philanthropic support through a multitude of endeavors to benefit the community and organizations she has served. She previously worked as associate vice president for development and leadership gifts at McDaniel College and prior to that worked at Carroll Hospital as the director of development from 2010 to 2018. At Carroll Hospital she worked on the Campaign to Cure & Comfort, Always fundraising efforts. She successfully collaborated with boards, staff and community members to help raise $23 million, ultimately helping to create The William E. Kahlert Regional Cancer Center and the Tevis Center for Wellness. Ms. Frazier is well-known in the community, not only for her work with Carroll Hospital and McDaniel College but also for her activity on several community organizations. She serves on the boards of Westminster Zoning Board of Appeals and Rotary Club of Westminster and was a prior board member for Habitat for Humanity. Ms. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in finance from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and a master's degree in Public Administration and Policy at McDaniel College in Westminster. She is a member of The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and a graduate of the Summer Institute in Educational Fundraising at Johns Hopkins Medicine Philanthropy Institute.

Leigh Chapman is responsible for providing leadership for the effective, efficient and high quality operations of nursing services. She has responsibility for approximately 600 team members and an annual operating budget of nearly $65 million. Ms. Chapman brings 20 years of clinical experience, with 13 of those in leadership. She comes to Carroll Hospital from University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, where she was director of surgical nursing, rehabilitation and vascular access. She has extensive experience in infection prevention and intensive care, including surgical intensive care. Ms. Chapman earned her Master of Science in nursing leadership and management from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Stevenson University in Greenspring, Maryland. She is dedicated to community service and has also traveled internationally for health and wellness missions. She resides in Finksburg with her husband and two children.

As a leader at Carroll Hospital for nearly 20 years, Ms. Simmons has been instrumental in driving the hospital's outstanding achievements in quality with a focus on accountability and transparency. In addition to her oversight of Carroll Hospital, Ms. Simmons leads Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Northwest Hospital and LifeBridge Health's Post-Acute Division. Her role also includes systemwide responsibility for Quality as well as the Hospice and Palliative Care, Pharmacy, Laboratory/Pathology, Transport, Food and Nutrition, and Environmental Services divisions. Ms. Simmons' strong clinical background - from her more than 30 years of experience in numerous aspects of the health care industry - has been an asset in creating a culture of patient-centered care and uncompromising commitment to high performance through increased participation in statewide collaboratives and best-practice initiatives. A resident of Westminster, Ms. Simmons earned her associate degree in nursing from Anne Arundel Community College, her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Management Administration from the Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ms. Simmons serves as chair of the Board of Roland Park Place, a continuing care retirement community, and is the past chair of that board's Strategic Planning Committee. She has held leadership positions in organizations including Maryland Hospital Association and Maryland Organization of Nurse Executives. She also served a five-year term as a commissioner on the governor's Taskforce for the Nursing Commission and was appointed by the governor to the Maryland Health Quality and Cost Council. Ms. Simmons was recognized as one of The Daily Record's "Top 100 Women in Maryland" in 2018, 2016 and 2012 and was inducted into the Circle of Excellence. She was also named one of The Baltimore Sun's "Top 25 Women to Watch" in 2018.

Mr. Myers joined LifeBridge Health in April 2016 as vice president of regulatory reporting and reimbursement. His responsibilities include serving as chief financial officer of Carroll Hospital; overseeing compliance for Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC) regulated revenue; participating in numerous HSCRC and Maryland Hospital Association methodology and policy workgroups regarding Maryland's rate regulation process; managing physician managed care contracting and payer credentialing; and serving as a liaison to two LifeBridge Health Partners joint ventures. Mr. Myers has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master's degree from the University of Baltimore. He is the past president of the Maryland Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and served two years on the National Healthcare Financial Management Association Payment Models workgroup.
