Datin Hamidah Hamidin served 23 years in the Ministry of Defence, has varied and in depth knowledge in Leadership, Management, Business & Project Management and Accounting.
Dato' Mohamed Azmi is the main shareholder of the company and its group companies under Cardigan Group of Companies. A former army in Malaysian Army services, he is the prime mover of the subsidiaries under Cardigan Group of Companies with visions and missions to develop the businesses successfully by providing the highest quality and efficient security and guard's services to customers.
He started the business in 1995 and having seen them flourished, he since expanded the business into areas such as media and advertising, general trading, engineering and food & beverage. He is always on the lookout for other profitable business opportunities to be on his business stable.

Mohd Tahir Ahmad Zawawi graduated from UiTM and is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant. Prior to his present position he has served as an Accountant to a listed company.
Currently he is the Chief Finance Officer taking care on financial and administration aspects of the companies under Cardigan Group of Companies.

He was in banking sector for few years and the height of the economic recession in 1997, he changed his career path to the security industry. He never turned back and has been in the industry in various capacities.
