Products purchased from PROVIX INC. must be paid for in advance by cheque, credit card or PayPal... PROVIX INC. will accept formal "Purchase Orders" from companies who have submitted a credit application. Payment then becomes due upon receipt of goods. A $35.00 CAD/$25.00 USD administration fee is applied to each order that is not paid in advance. i.e. "Purchase Orders"... Your confirmation from PayPal indicates that PayPal has removed the funds from your account. The funds are NOT transferred to PROVIX INC. at that time. Some time after your PayPal confirmation, (perhaps the following day), PROVIX INC. receives a notification that funds are available to transfer. PROVIX INC. must then go on-line to PayPal and instruct them to transfer the funds to our account. After this instruction is submitted to PayPal, the money is tranferred to PROVIX INC. in 5 - 7 business days. Once the PayPal funds are deposited in our account, your order is released to shipment.
