CARESS LAW GROUP - Key Persons

Kim Page was born and raised in various locations on the north and west sides of Indianapolis. After a decade of being an early childhood educator and caretaker, she changed career paths and landed her first office job in a staffing agency. That didn't work out too well, but the law firm two floors down was hiring and she scored that position. Hardly any time passed before she fell in love with the law and helping people in need. She obtained her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and has helped attorneys improve their clients' lives in various areas of practice for 19 years. As paralegal to Lance Worland, Kim is the newest and shortest member of Caress Worland Law Group. Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking, music, and landscaping.

Megan Ryan was born and raised in Indianapolis. She has been married to her college sweetheart for over 20 years. They have 4 children. Megan is a graduate from the University of Indianapolis with a BS in Nursing. Megan worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Riley Hospital for over 10 years before having the opportunity to stay home and raise her children. She has recently returned to the work force. Although this is a new role for Megan, she continues with her passion- helping others recover. Megan works as a legal nurse consultant and legal assistant with Tim Caress.

Michelle (McDermott) Stark was born and raised on the north side of Indianapolis and grew up in Saint Luke Parish where she rode her bike to school and was a competitive CYO kickball player. Michelle graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and fashion merchandising. After working in the fashion industry and traveling as a sales rep for many years, Michelle had the opportunity to stay at home to be a full time mother and raise her children. She has been married to her husband Tim for 27 years, a proud graduate of Indiana University. They like to say they have a mixed marriage. They have been extremely blessed with three beautiful children Mackenzie, Steven and Collin, all graduates of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. Although the entire Stark family were very active members at St Simon at Geist Parish and School for many years, after recently moving back to the near Northside, they are currently members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish and feel like they are back home. Michelle has been very active as a volunteer in the community over the last 20 years serving as President of the Faith Formation Commission, Coordinator for Ministry of Mother Sharing, Lay Director for Central Indiana Women's Cursillo, Spiritual Director for CRHP, Social Chairman for Cathedral Mothers Club, and adult leader for Cathedral senior retreat. She has also been involved with various service projects at Wheeler Mission, Cathedral Soup Kitchen, and Anna's House. Michelle Currently serves on the executive committee for Irish Young Life at Cathedral High School and is very passionate about helping young adults grow in their faith. Michelle enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing golf, and traveling. Before coming to Caress Worland Law Group, Michelle also worked several years for Community Health Network and Holy Name Catholic Church. She believes all of these opportunities have prepared her for this position. Michelle currently works as Lance Worland's assistant and part-time paralegal and enjoys working with the clients during their time of need. She is very excited and honored to be a part of the team at Caress Worland Law Group to continue to support its mission of helping others.
