Bryan has 16 accumulative years of experience in transportation operations, planning and global logistics management. During his former position as a Global Logistics Manager at Johnson Controls, he managed the global supply chain for Europe, Middle East, and Latin America, encompassing the engineering, manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution, transportation, and trade compliance of over $60m of product annually.
Bryan separated from the U.S. Army in 2012 and is currently a Technical Sergeant in the Georgia Air National Guard (GAANG) at Robins AFB, GA. Throughout Bryan's military tenure, he has deployed to Iraq, Haiti, and Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn, Operation Unified Response Haiti, and Operation Inherent Resolve. Furthermore, Bryan has been activated by the State of Georgia to provide humanitarian relief for two major hurricanes and the COVID-19 pandemic. He has been stationed and trained at Ft. Benning, GA; Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; Ramadi, Iraq; Al Jaber, Kuwait, Ft. Bragg, NC and Robins AFB, GA.

Chris Sheppard brings fifteen-plus years of experience in marketing and customer service to CareerPro Global, Inc. (CPG). Since 2008, he has climbed the ranks at CPG, first starting as an Administrative Specialist and working with our custom in-house systems, coordinating writer projects, and managing client data files. Chris is always pursuing new industry certifications in military, federal, and civilian career coaching. Chris Winchell is a member of CPG's professional writing team. Chris holds a JD law degree as well as an advanced LL.M. Master of Laws degree. He worked his way up to the rank of Captain, serving as a Judge Advocate at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (2003-2006). In this role, he provided professional guidance and counseling to thousands of Marines and Sailors (both active duty and retired) in Hawaii, as well as traveling to Okinawa, Japan. He also advised Commanders in support of various training exercises in Hawaii and South Korea. Based on his desire for excellence and service to others, he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal for meritorious service. In 2006, Chris decided to leave the military to focus more on his family and a professional practice as an Attorney, where he appeared in court on an almost-daily basis in his active litigation practice.

Jim is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with more than 22 years of experience as a Financial Manager and Logistics Plans Officer. Jim worked his way from Airman Basic to highly decorated Major serving in tours as a technical instructor at the Air Force finance school, logistics plans officer at two tactical airlift wing's, Commandant of Cadets and Assistance Professor at an ROTC detachment, two assignments as plans branch chief at HQ Air Combat Command, and Chief of Security Assistance at the U.S. Embassy in Ethiopia. I applied for a USDA SESCDP vacancy. They received approximately 1,100 applications. Out of these 1,000 I was one of the 100 selected to move to the next phase. Karl served 20 years in the United States Navy, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Growing up with parents in the Air Force, then having enjoyed adult life as a military spouse, Rebecca has experienced the hurdles and excitement that come with Military relocations and transitions.
Rebecca spent the past several years as a registered dental hygienist at one of metro Atlanta's busiest privately owned practices, ultimately working her way up to lead hygienist, managing a team of 11 hygienists across 2 practice locations. Bill retired from the Montana Air National Guard in 2017 with 26 years of honorable service to the nation. Nearly 20 years of his career was spent in the construction field with both Civil Engineering and RED HORSE construction units. He also has experience as a First Sergeant (Human Resources/personnel), Training Manager, and Chaplain Assistant. Bill has deployed overseas twice, once to Kuwait from 2002-2003 and Iraq from 2005-2006 with the 219th RED HORSE Squadron. As a Field Ordering Officer, he was responsible for procurement of materials, tools, and supplies from the local economy, which included the heart of Baghdad, where he developed strong relationships with local vendors that were critical to mission accomplishment.

Bill has a passion for helping veterans with the transition process from active service to the civilian sector, as this can be a challenging and nerve-racking time in life, especially for those who may know little else outside the military.
