Coty Hudson - CHRO

Coty came to Cartwright having previously worked for a non-profit organization that exists to give a voice to independent truck drivers. She started her career stuffing envelopes and completing data-entry assignments and then advanced through the ranks as she took on more responsibilities in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and accounting reconciliations. Coty, who has a bachelor's degree in accounting from UMKC, has spent the last 20 years helping provide corporate support in functional areas such as employee relations, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and talent development. Her well-rounded skillset is a great asset to our company! For fun, Coty loves spending time with her four boys and husband, and most weekends, you will find them on the baseball fields or in the pool.

Craig Cartwright - President

Craig Cartwright is the eldest of the Cartwright brothers, currently part of the Cartwright Companies' third generation of ownership. After graduating from Missouri State University, he embarked on a twenty-year career learning valuable skills in the direct selling and cellular technology industries. Craig was responsible for international market start-ups in Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Returning to the Cartwright Cos. in 2004, Craig established Cartwright Relocation Services and Cartwright Global Mobility. He is hands-on with corporate strategy, marketing, technology, and talent management. Born and raised in Kansas City, MO he is an avid K.C. Chiefs fan, music lover, and fitness enthusiast. He lives in the Kansas City metro area with his wife and son.

Don Carroll - CFO

Don joined Cartwright in 2009, bringing with him an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction, manufacturing, and insurance industries, along with a specialization in accounting and financial analysis. From 2009 to 2015, Don managed the finance, claims, and document control departments for Cartwright International, as well as participated in numerous special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the operational efficiencies for Cartwright's clients and internal teams. In December of 2015, Don was promoted to Director of Operational Accounting, where he leveraged his diverse skill set to continue the company's infrastructure growth and operational excellence. At the beginning of 2022, he moved into the Chief Financial Officer role. Don earned his BLA (Economics) from UMKC in 2005, and his MBA (Finance) from Rockhurst University in 2009.

Erin Venable

  • Marketing Manager
Erin Venable has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, encompassing everything from writing ad copy, organizing branding campaigns, and other digital and traditional marketing efforts, to public relations, event planning, and volunteer management. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sector, running marketing campaigns and strategizing ways to get the right message to the right audience. Additionally, she lived in Europe for 5 years, speaks French fluidly, and has completed 4 international moves with her family. That said, Erin understands the complexities of an international relocation from the consumer's point of view and enjoys using her talents and expertise to help take the Cartwright brand to the next level. While Erin is not currently an official Cartwright employee, she works independently to manage all of Cartwright's external marketing. Previously, Erin, a Texas native, served on various community and civic boards, with involvement in the Downtown Waco Public Improvement District, the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, the AJ Moore Business Advisory Committee, the National Association of Female Executives, and more. For fun, she loves road trips, world travel, being in nature, reading, and going on adventures with her husband and children. Erin and her husband also enjoy hosting friends for cozy dinners. When not at work or home, you can usually find her at the local coffee shop drinking a latte and polishing off an iced sugar cookie.

Mike Tryan - COO

Mike is one of Cartwright Relocation's homegrown success stories. His twenty-four-year career began in our local moving operation and has evolved from the ground up, giving him industry knowledge by hands-on experience. Due to his passion, talent, and relentless work ethic, he has risen through the organization to Chief Operating Officer, where he currently oversees the supply chain, pricing, and daily operations for thousands of relocations worldwide. Mike was a key player during the establishment of Cartwright Relocation Services in 2004, utilizing his vast logistical expertise to create customized solutions for an evolving industry, all while maintaining an excellent level of service. Changing customer needs required innovative technological and performance-based solutions, so Mike created a specialized team utilizing best-in-class technology designed to meet and exceed the expectations of modern-day relocation clients. Mike has travelled the world extensively and prides himself on creating strong relationships with global partners. He is an expert in global shipping and takes pride in doing things the right way. Additionally, Mike is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

Scott Williamson

Scott Williamson has 30+ years of experience in the world of corporate global mobility: 13 years in transportation of household goods, 7 years in global mobility management, 5 years in the mortgage industry, 8 years in real estate sales, 3 years in destination services, and one year in the appraisal industry and temp housing sectors. His wide range of expertise across various vertical markets, coupled with his experience in developing creative household goods solutions, make him a great fit to expand our MoveWright platform.

Todd Stanley - CTO

  • Chief Technology Officer
Todd oversees all technology as he leads our IT organization. In that role, he is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure secure, reliable, and high performing systems. He also manages the relationships with our technology partners and third parties to ensure all systems are operating at the desired level of excellence. Todd has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA with emphasis in Management, Finance, and Information Systems. With a career spanning 30 years, he has worked in consumer products, chemical processing, financial services, and transportation sectors across many functions, including manufacturing, operations, engineering, and IT. He has worked in several Fortune 100 companies as well as privately owned businesses. Todd's experiences help him bring unique value and perspective to Cartwright Companies, along with a passion for continual improvement.
