With over 30 years real estate, property management, appraisal and commercial real estate experience, and a background in accounting and banking, Patricia consistently uses this wealth of knowledge to her client's advantage, and is a natural resource for the members of the company. Patricia has been involved in the Durham Region Association of Realtors for many years and served two separate terms as President, as well as holding various Director posts over more than 15 years of service to the Real Estate Board. As a true "people person" the first priority is always to make the real estate buying and selling experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
