- Purchasing and Operations Manager
With over 15 years of industry experience, Andrew is our Purchasing and Operations specialist. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, and has come to recognize that the people are what makes this job so worth it.
Chris is one of our Counter Sales specialists and has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 5 years. With almost a decade of industry experience, he continually enjoys the opportunity to learn more about the trade and passing this knowledge on to clients.
"I'm learning everything I can and try to stay up-to-date on the industry trends."
When he's not helping customers at the counter, Chris can often be found working outside.
Meet Darren, one of our skilled delivery drivers at Carolina Supply, who has been with us for nearly a decade. His favorite part about his job is, of course, helping customers. "I really enjoy seeing the excitement in customers' faces when they see the truck pulling up." When he's not on the road, Darren loves spending time with his family. He values his time with them and enjoys making memories. His commitment to family is reflected in his work, where he goes above and beyond to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Debbie manages the Asheboro showroom and has been a part of the team for over 10 years. This experience, paired with her interior design background, allow her to provide a streamlined experience to clients and ensure that they have everything they need for their dream space.
"I love what I do because I enjoy helping people put together their vision of their bathrooms and kitchens."
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, interior decorating, crafting, and preserving memories through her photo albums.
Diana is one of our Showroom Sales specialists who has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 5 years. One of her favorite elements of the job is the opportunity to collaborate.
Dustin is one of our Counter Sales specialists and has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 3 years. Although his role involves interacting with customers and managing sales at the counter, what he enjoys most about his job are the relationships he has built with his colleagues.

When Dustin is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also loves to go to the beach or spend a day at the golf course.
Heath is our Outside Sales professional, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry. His expertise will help guide you to all the right products you need. One of Heath's favorite parts about working at Carolina Supply is the fact it is a family business. He feels that the company truly cares about its employees, and that creates a positive and supportive work environment.
Jason is one of our Counter Sales professionals and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Jason has recently joined the Carolina Supply team, where he has found a home among his work family and customers.

When he's not at work, Jason can be found hunting or fishing, and taking advantage of the great outdoors.
Meet Jeffrey, one of our versatile team members who helps in both the warehouse and driving. He enjoys interacting with others and building relationships with his colleagues and customers, which both duties allow him to do.

When he's not working, Jeffrey enjoys spending time fishing and finding new fishing spots. He also enjoys offroading with his RC crawlers.
Jimmy has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 20 years. You'll find him behind the counter at the Burlington location working with vendors and customers, making sure everything is running smoothly.
"What I love most about working at Carolina Supply and in the industry as a whole is being able to help our customers. Whether it's finding the right product or providing advice, I take pride in ensuring our customers have a positive experience."
When he is not working, you can find him playing ball with his two boys or spending a day at the lake fishing.
Kelli is our esteemed "Leader of the Pack" and an integral part of the Carolina Supply team. She has been a part of the business, as well as a part of the industry, for over 25 years. One of her favorite aspects of working at Carolina Supply is the relationships she has built over the years.
A new addition to the Carolina Supply team, you'll find Kevin in the warehouse. While he has been with us for only a short time, Kevin has over 40 years of experience and is a value to the team. One of the things he enjoys most about working at Carolina Supply is the positive atmosphere and his great co-workers.
With over 30 years of accounting experience, Linda is our go-to number cruncher. Despite being new to the company, she has already come to appreciate the wonderful community of co-workers and customers that make every day at Carolina Supply special.

Outside of work, Linda continues to find ways to serve others; whether it is through daily Bible devotionals, or spending time with family. She also enjoys staying active through yard work and hiking.
Meet Luis, one of our most experienced employees in the warehouse. He has been a part of the Carolina Supply team for over 20 years. During that time he has enjoyed the opportunity to learn about different plumbing materials and work with a variety of customers.
Reema has been working with Carolina Supply for the past 4 years, and has over 22 years of experience in the industry. As a seasoned professional, she is dedicated to making her clients' dreams come true when it comes to their home.
Ryne is our Warehouse Manager at Carolina Supply with nearly a decade of industry experience. What he loves about Carolina Supply is the positive organizational culture and the support he receives from his bosses.

As one of the first people clients usually speak to when visiting or calling Carolina Supply, Stephanie likes to title herself as the Head of Customer "Wow". She ensures that all customers, as well as staff, have the best possible experience and direct them to exactly who they need.
"Despite having worked with Carolina Supply for only a short time, I have quickly come to love the family atmosphere and culture of the company."
When she's not busy wowing customers, she can usually be found watching football, reading, or traveling to new destinations.

Meet Suzanne, our miracle-working, multi-tasking Manager of Accounts Payable, who has been a valuable part of the Carolina Supply team for 11 years. Her attention to detail, organizational skill, and dedication are pivotal to everything running smoothly. But beyond her impressive skills and experience, what makes her truly special is her love for the people she works with.
With 45 years of experience, over half of that time being with Carolina Supply, Terry is a valuable member of our sales team who truly understands the ins and outs of the business. What he loves most about the job is the people and the connections he gets to make.
Wayne is one of our Warehouse Associates who has been with us for over a decade. A highlight of his job is helping customers find the products they need and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Wendy is our amazing Inside Sales professional who has been with Carolina Supply for over 35 years. Through her position, she has the opportunity to meet and interact with so many amazing people and customers.
