Carlo Lucioni is of counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm. Dario Latella is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is member of the corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on Corporate Law, Regulatory and Internal Controls in listed Companies, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law. Since 2007, he has been Professor of Business Law at the University of Naples and, currently also, of Messina, where he teaches European and Italian Company Law. He is Visiting Professor in many high ranked Universities all over the world, such as Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, East Washington, Madrid, Cadiz, Warsaw, "Luigi Bocconi", and is a member of the editorial board of several referred national and international law journals. Francesco Bestagno has currently suspended his collaboration with Carnelutti Law Firm, since he was appointed Legal Advisor to the Permanent Representation of Italy to the European Union in Brussels. Before being appointed to his current role, he was of counsel to CARNELUTTI Law Firm, where his practice focused on international business law & arbitration. He is a Full Professor of EU Law and of International Trade Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Milan. He coordinated and taught at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions, Catholic University of Milan. He was an international lecturer too, and member of several international editorial committees. Previously, he had served as Legal Advisor for the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry within the Programme for favouring Vietnam's Accession to the WTO (2005, 2006), and as Expert for the Holy See in Diplomatic Conferences at the Council of Europe (2017, 2019). He was appointed on a list of Principal Legal Advisors to the European Commission in 2003. Francesco completed his Ph.D. in International Economic Law ("Bocconi" - Bergamo -Turin) in 1995, and he has been Visiting Scholar at Geneva University (CH) and Visiting Professor at Beijing Foreign Studies University, at Wuhan University and at Zhongnan University (China). Francesco Paolo Francica is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm's administrative law department and has been working for almost 20 years in the area of administrative law.
