Looking after the finances of the church, Richard Wallis is the Church Treasurer. Caterham URC is a registered charity (number 1132558) and gets its income through the weekly offerings, sundry donations, occasional legacies and lettings charges for its premises. He also looks after the Gift Aid claims. The church also raises nearly £10,000 from other collections during the year for a number of external agencies including Christian Aid, COAT, Angel Tree, the Bible Society. The Leprosy Mission and responses to the Disasters Emergency Committee's appeals.
