Based on our experience, competencies and network, we are able to assume a role in a company's management team - for a longer or shorter period of time... At Catalyst we help companies with a pronounced desire for growth either as a result of a new strategy or a recent capital injection. To such companies the ability to attain immediate traction and execute on strategy is paramount.
