​Originally named Pipkin Property Management, Inc., our company was established in 1966 by James Pipkin. Cookie (Castle) Meredith, native of Lubbock, started her real estate career in 1999. She worked as a Property Manager and Realtor for the company prior to purchasing it in 2006. Castle Property Management provides property owners and investors a valuable service, peace of mind knowing their investment is being well taken care of, as well as helping to ensure goals are met in the present and future.
