Cats Limited Veterinary Hospital opened its doors on January 5th, 1995, in a leasehold storefront on Farmington Avenue in West Hartford. The cat-only practice offered patients and their families something different: care focused just on cats in a calm and safe environment with individualized care for every patient. Over the following years, the demand for uniquely high-quality cat care grew, and so did Cats Limited Veterinary Hospital. By 2006, Cats Limited Veterinary Hospital outgrew the original facility, and Dr. Lafer purchased the current building on New Britain Avenue. After extensive renovations, we moved to our new hospital in August 2007. The move to our new facility brought with it the ability to provide even better medical and surgical care and an upscale boarding facility...
