His vast work experience has included numerous over the counter products within the dermatology industry where he was instrumental in the successful launch of several new products to the Medical Community, and also as a Director of Professional Affairs and Medical Education Science Liaison. David has been with The Caswood Group for over twelve years, both as a National Sales Manager and one of Caswood's expert Trainers.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from the State University College at Buffalo, New York.
Isabel Casamayor is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry and an entrepreneur who has delivered superior outsourced sales solutions for pharmaceutical and health care companies.
In her 30-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Casamayor held senior management positions in international operations, finance, marketing research and sales. While at Fisons, she developed a powerful financial forecast model to measure the profitability of business units within pharmaceutical companies.
In 1996, Ms. Casamayor founded The Caswood Group, Inc., a thriving contract sales company known for innovative approaches and custom-fit solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Ms. Casamayor holds an M.B.A. from St. John Fisher College and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
Jeanne has recently joined Caswood from Trimble Inc. She brings a strong track record as a controller in the corporate arena as well as government.
Jeanne's focus has not only been leadership in the financial department, but she has developed and coordinated the implementation of human resource policies and practices and ensured all state and federal employment regulations are administered properly.
Jeanne received a Bachelor's of Science, Accounting from State University of New York at Oswego.
Kristin Endres joined Caswood in 2012. As HR Administrator, Kristin is responsible for coordinating all of the human resources, development, and strategic HR business support.
Before beginning her career path in the healthcare arena, Kristin had a very successful career in the Bridal Fashion industry in NYC.
Kristin received a Bachelor's of Science, International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, NY and an Associate Degree, Fashion Merchandising from Newbury College, Boston, MA.
Laura Gardon joined Caswood in 2020 as Lead Nurse Coordinator. Her vision and leadership have been instrumental in establishing and coordinating Caswood's nursing team. Laura is team-oriented with a wide variety of experience.
Before joining Caswood, she worked at Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital.
Laura is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Excelsior College located in Albany, NY.

Mercedes Casamayor joined Caswood in 2010. Since then, Mercedes has helped to shape the strategic vision of the company as part of Caswood's leadership team. She has built scalable processes to support the company's rapid growth overseeing sales operations, analytics and legal to ensure all functions are running well and in line with the company growth goals.
Before joining Caswood, Mercedes worked at SHOWTIME Network in NYC.
Mercedes received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from State University of New York at New Paltz.
William J Casamayor has been with Caswood since its inception in 1996. During his long tenure with the company, he has held different responsibilities, mainly in the Finance and Accounting Departments. William's main responsibilities are Accounts Payable and Payroll.
Before joining Caswood, William worked at the University of Rochester, Rochester NY as a Customer Service Representative.
