Brad is the Managing Partner of Craig Bradford Associates (CBA). Brad was responsible for CBA's expansion into the Greater Philadelphia area in 2003. Over the last 20 years under his direction, CBA has become one of the Top 10 executive search firms in Greater Philadelphia. Brad's positive attitude, innate desire to be the best and natural sales ability is reflected in CBA's client retention rate of 98%. It is a point of pride that more than 80% of CBA's clients come from client referrals. The hallmarks of Brad's personality are integrity, honesty, and truthfulness. Jenny Donaldson

Jenny is currently our Administrator dedicated to process improvement. Jenny joined CBA in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant to Brad and quickly moved to being a Recruiter. She prides herself on her ability to multi-task and address the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Jenny excels at building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients. In 2010, Jenny took on the most challenging of positions of being a Mom. She focused her attention on raising three busy daughters. We were very fortunate that in Q4 of 2022, Jenny was able to re-join the team at CBA. Jenny is currently concentrating on improving internal processes and procedures. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious. Jenny lives in Havertown with her husband and three children. When she is not making things better at CBA or home, Jenny can be found cheering on her children in their various activities or rooting for The Philadelphia Eagles. GO BIRDS!

Kristin Hopson Addis

Kristin is the Office and Recruiting Coordinator at Craig Bradford Associates. Kristin joined CBA in 2016 and has contributed to our recent growth by keeping us on track and organized! She is responsible for reporting, logistics, vendor management and special projects. Kristin ensures that each team member has exactly what they need to be successful. Prior to joining CBA, Kristin was an Assistant Lacrosse Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Delaware and James Madison University. Most recently, Kristin was the Head Lacrosse Coach at her alma mater Radnor High School and led the team to the PA State championship! Kristin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she majored in Psychology and Sociology. At Notre Dame, Kristin played Lacrosse and led the team to the NCAA Final Four and to the best season in program history. She went on to earn her Master of Education from the University of Delaware. Kristin resides in Springfield with her family. In her spare time, you will find Kristin chasing after her children, jamming out to country music, enjoying time outside or on an athletic field.

Mark Gentilotti

Mark is a proud 2019 graduate of the Alfred Learner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware, where he was also a member of their Division I baseball program. Being a student-athlete at UD enabled Mark to fine tune his competitive nature while allowing him to collaborate and problem solve in a team environment. These attributes compliment Mark's energetic personality and make him a vital member of the CBA team. Since joining CBA, Mark has taken on account management responsibilities in addition to his recruiting duties. Mark is an avid networker within the Greater Philadelphia area. He is always on the lookout for the ideal candidate or business that needs talent acquisition assistance. Mark is an active Alumnus of Malvern Prep and avid member of Spring Ford Country Club in Royersford. When not working or golfing, Mark can be found out and about trying new restaurants.

Marla Connors

joined Craig Bradford Associates in January of 2024 as a Senior Recruiter. She comes to CBA with 9+years in recruiting with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Marla has additional experience in filling positions in Marketing and Office Administration. Her background and experience are a great fit for our clients. Marla enjoys matching clients and candidates; her goal is always a mutually beneficial outcome. Her consultative approach and coaching skills are valued by clients and candidates. She is a native of the Greater Philadelphia area and currently resides in the Western Suburbs with her husband Ed and son Joe (her pride & joy). When not working with our clients or running after her son, Marla spends time exercising, watching sports, hiking, reading, and dancing.

Michael Lyons - Founder

Mike Lyons founded Craig Bradford Associates in New York City in 1992. Prior to starting CBA, Mike held senior level positions in finance and banking as well as general management to a variety of NYC based search firms. Mike began his professional career in education. These varied experiences gave Mike an insight into hiring, recruiting, and building successful teams, a perfect foundation for a recruiting and search firm leader. Mike has served as the President of NYC Staffing Association and was recognized by the New York State Department of Labor as a Regional Employee of the Year. In 2003, CBA expanded into Pennsylvania and is now managed by Mike's eldest son Brad. Mike, while semi-retired, still participates in selected search engagements. When he is not speaking to an outstanding candidate or client prospect, he can be found on the golf course or in the pool. Mike resides in Oxford, CT with his wife of 55 years, Joan. One of their greatest joys is cheering on their grandchildren at their varied athletic events.

Michael Pascali

Michael joined Craig Bradford Associates in February of 2024 as a Recruiter, bringing with him experience and a passion for connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities. He is a 2017 graduate of Mount St. Mary's University with a BS in Accounting. In 2018, he obtained his MBA as well. While at Mount St. Mary's, Michael was the captain of their Division I men's lacrosse program. His five years of being a student-athlete taught him the importance of teamwork and time management. These are skills that Michael has carried over into his professional career that has attributed to his continuous success. Committed to professional growth, Michael is committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment. Michael is local to the western suburbs of Philadelphia and currently resides in Lafayette Hill, PA. When not working, he spends his time with friends and family, golfing, and playing ice hockey.

Susie McKernan

Susie is a search professional with roots in the travel & hospitality and insurance industries. She has recruited, built, and managed teams in the USA, Asia, and Europe. Susie has worked for global travel management companies, luxury hotels and travel tech. She also held leadership positions for a global tour operator. In addition to her experience within the travel & hospitality industry, Susie spent significant time in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property & Casualty managing business development. After years of recruiting, developing, and leading teams, Susie switched her career to focus on Search/Recruiting/Talent Acquisition by joining Craig Bradford Associates. As CBA's Executive Director of Recruiting and Client Management, Susie collaborates with employers representing various industries to secure the best-in-class talent for their organizations. When not reviewing resumes or creating recruiting strategies, Susie can be found traveling near & far, usually with tunes blaring and a glass of good wine.
