Martin began his career at BT Investment Management in 2001, before moving to New York with US based fund manager Principal Global Investors, working as a Senior Equity Analyst for 3 years.

Paul has also held analyst roles at BT Investment Management and Ord Minnett, originally starting his career as an analyst at Lend Lease Project Finance in 1992. Paul is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Institute of Company Directors, a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Chartered Governance Professional (Chartered Secretary).
