Cattaraugus-Allegany Workforce NY is the workforce development system that serves the community of Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties and is comprised of three major components - the Cattaraugus-Allegany Workforce Investment Board, Inc. (WIB), the One Stop Career Centers, and our Partner agencies.
