Kate Walker is the Director of Performance and Strategic Initiatives at CCA. Kate received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in History before working in educational and public housing settings. Kate then returned to graduate school and earned her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. Kate is a licensed master-level social worker and began working at CCA in 2009. Kate served in multiple program areas with CCA prior to transitioning to her current position. Kate also serves on Catholic Charities USA's Research and Evaluation subgroup.

Melissa Chapman is the Controller for Catholic Charities Atlanta. She is responsible for the oversight of the Finance Department including grants management, financial management, internal controls, and the annual agency budget. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has worked in the non-profit industry for over 15 years. Melissa is Six Sigma Green Belt.

Monifa Holman, LMSW, is the Senior Director of Catholic Charities Atlanta's Family Stabilization Program. Monifa joined the Catholic Charities Atlanta team on March 9, 2016 with 20 years of experience working with people in need in the community. For more than 7 years, she worked as the Operations Manager at the Housing Authority of DeKalb County where she was responsible for leading the development and implementation of sustainable social service programming for seniors and families. For the past year she has also been providing home and community based health counseling for families in Northwest Georgia.
In her role here, Monifa oversees the many facets of the Family Stabilization Program including: information and referral services, English language/civics instruction, housing counseling, mental health counseling, in-home parenting education, and case management focusing on veterans and low-income families. Monifa has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Before moving to Georgia, Monifa developed and implemented programs for low and moderate-income families in Hartford, Connecticut.

Vanessa Russell was named CEO of Catholic Charities Atlanta March 1, 2015. Catholic Charities Atlanta creates hope and provides help to over 20,000 individuals annually. She has been a Catholic Charities Atlanta Board member for 5 years. She has served most recently as the Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
Vanessa started her career in Sales for Dun & Bradstreet, Inc then moved to senior quality and operations roles at ACNielsen, and VNU, Inc. in Brussels, Belgium. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations and process re-engineering. She has been a USO volunteer and served on several volunteer boards since coming to Atlanta.
Born at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, she attended the University of New Orleans and is one of 7 children. She and her husband, Steven, moved to Atlanta 14 years ago from Madison, New Jersey. Both she and her husband are "military brats." Her husband is a US Military Academy (West Point) graduate and the CFO of a local medical technology company.
