Amanda McDole

Biography Amanda McDole, CNP joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2020. Amanda began working as a Registered Nurse in 2010, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH. She continued her education and received a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Amanda is associated with the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, the International Association of Forensic Nurses, Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition, and the Coordinated Community Response Team. Her experience and dedication to the local community make Amanda a tremendous asset to CC4PM.

Brandon Stokey

Dr. Stokey joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2020. Dr. Stokey received his undergraduate training at University of Mount Union in Alliance, OH. He went on to complete and internship at the University of Toledo Medical Center, while attending Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Stokey continued on to complete his residency training at the University of Toledo Medical center, followed by fellowship training at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Dr. Stokey is accepting new patients, no referral necessary.

Cassandra Brown

Biography Cassandra Brown, CNP, joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2019. Cassandra graduated with high honors from Mercy College of Ohio with an Associate's Degree in applied science in Nursing. Cassandra began her career as a Registered Nurse for St. Vincent Regional Heart and Vascular Center in Toledo, OH. She went on to advance to St. Anne Mercy Hospital operating room, where she worked on a variety of cases including gynecology, ENT, vascular, orthopedic, neurology, pain management, and endoscopy. Cassandra later went on to work in pain management at ProMedica Memorial Hospital in Fremont, OH. While working, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, and became a Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Debra K. Wenzke

Biography Debra Wenzke joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2004. Debra received her nursing degree from the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing and Family, as well as Nurse Practitioner Program Certification, from the University of Toledo Medical Center. Debra has served in nursing and peripheral vascular research capacities with the Toledo Hospital, an occupational health nurse with Owens Corning, and a consultant with Cardiovascular Outcome Management in New York, NY.

Dr. Aileen Padilla

Dr. Aileen Padilla joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in October 2023. She started her career in Fort Myers, Florida, where she completed more than 130 Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) procedures and over 50 Intracept procedures. Dr. Padilla earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the Iona College in 2009, and later went on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. She completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York in 2019. That following year, she also finished an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation in Metuchen, New Jersey.

Dr. James Otting

Dr. James Otting joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2023. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering at the University of Toledo in 2002, and later received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of Ohio in 2006. Dr. Otting went on to complete his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centers, where he also served as Chief Resident from January 2009-2011. In the same year of 2011, Dr. Otting completed his fellowship at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital.He is involved in medical education and has served as a faculty speaker and advisory board member for several pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Depomed Pharmaceuticals, and Insys Pharmaceuticals.

Megan Savage

Biography Megan Savage joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2023. Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo in 2007. After graduating, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Toledo Hospital in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Department through 2020. Megan continued her education and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2019 with a specialty as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Megan is also associated with the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. Most recently, Megan served as a Nurse Practitioner at The Little Clinic in Waterville before joining our team at Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management.

Nadeem N. Moghal

Job Titles:
  • Medical Director
Dr. Moghal joined the Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management team in 2006, and has since become the Medical Director. Dr. Moghal attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH for his undergraduate training. He went on to attend the Medical Academy of Lublin, Poland for his medical degree, followed by a residency at Cleveland Clinic's Division of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. He went on to complete a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Pain Management Center. Dr. Moghal is a fantastic leader as medical director, and a dedicated provider to his patients. Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management is extremely lucky to have Dr. Moghal as our Medical Director.

Nichole Lynch

Biography Nichole Lynch, CNP received her nursing degree from Lourdes University in 2002. She began her career as a Registered Nurse for St. Luke's Hospital, working her way up to Charge Nurse. She later went on to earn her Master of Science in Family Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Nichole later went on to work at ProMedica Senior Care as a Nurse Practitioner, before joining the Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management team in 2021.

Nick Marinakis

Job Titles:
  • Certified Physician Assistant
Biography Nick Marinakis, PA joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2021. Nick graduated with honors from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology. He went on to earn his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA in 2007. Nick went on to complete a Spine Fellowship Program at Virginia Spine Institute. Nick has over a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant in a spine surgery setting. His experience and knowledge make him a fantastic provider for Comprehensive Center for Pain Management's patients.

Patricia Kroncke

Patricia Kroncke, CNS joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2015. Patricia received her nursing degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She went on to earn a Master of Nursing from Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Patricia has over a decade of servicing patients, and strives to build a meaningful connection with her patients to ensure they have the best possible outcomes. Patricia has been a wonderful addition to the CC4PM team throughout the years.

Stacey L. Ice

Biography Stacey L. Ice, CNP, joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2022. Stacey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse from Bowling Green State University in 2010. Six years later in 2016, she received her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo. Stacey began working at the University of Toledo Medical Center as a nursing assistant in the emergency department, and for the next five years after, worked as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on orthopedics/vascular at Hillcrest Hospital, and float pool nursing at University of Toledo Medical Center. Most recently, Stacey was a Nurse Practitioner at Toledo Clinic Pain Management.

Victoria Francis

Victoria Francis joined Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2023. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Donetsk State Medical University in Ukraine in 1992. She later went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Toledo in 2007, as well as her Masters in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2014, where she became certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Victoria has contributed to several medical journals, and taught a number of educational courses including physiology, biology, and epidemiology at multiple medical universities in Ukraine.

William James - CEO, Founder

Dr. James is an accomplished anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician. Dr. James graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1979. He went on to direct the Anesthesiology Residency Program at Toledo Hospital from 1986 until 1990. Long interested in pain management, he founded Toledo Pain Services in 1992. Toledo Pain Services (TPS) was later rebranded to Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management in 2008. Dr. James is adamant about constantly learning and improving as a provider. His experience and knowledge are an invaluable asset to Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management.
