Kristan is a Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD)-Certified Practitioner through the Accreditation Scheme provided by the Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPA). Kristan is also an Ecologist focusing on smaller scale flora and fauna surveys, impact assessments, threatened species monitoring & management and aquatic habitat surveys. Kristan Dowdle has over 10 years experience as an Ecologist and Bushfire Consultant. Kristan has experience in all areas of Ecology & Bushfire Consulting; and since 2010 as a BPAD Certified Practitioner.

Wayne Dowdle has over 40 years experience as a Registered Surveyor, including 4 years working with the NSW DMR (RMS) and 36 years in private practice. During his time in private practice, Wayne has been responsible for a range of projects, including large-scale subdivision design and construction on the NSW North Coast and South East Queensland.
