Construction Engineering Consultants began as a consulting firm in 1996 after its founders spent a combined 50 year as heavy construction engineers and contractors. Our mission is to meet contractor's and owner's needs with skills deeply rooted in firsthand construction experience. We have completed over 2,300 tasks for clients in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. These range from support of excavation for the Brickell City Center to beam bracing on the Howard Frankland Bridge... Our professionals have served on DRBs and testified as expert witnesses. CEC served as a constructability and claims consultant for FDOT and the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority.
