Aaron Borschneck - COO

Aaron joined CEDA in May 2015 as Vice President, Technical Services and later that year was appointed Vice President, Western Region. In 2017, Aaron made the transition to Vice President, Pigging & Decoking and in May 2020 has taken on the functional Vice President role for CEDA's Central Region, B.C. Region and all Pigging & Decoking activities across North America. In April 2023, Aaron was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Adam Brophy

Adam joined CEDA in 2016 as Director, Tailings Reduction Operations. In 2019, Adam transitioned into the role of General Manager, overseeing CEDA's Dredging & Fluid Management and Industrial Cleaning service offerings in the Fort McMurray oil sands. In April 2023, Adam was appointed Vice President, Operations, Wood Buffalo and is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of industrial services for the area.

Alan Hartslief - CFO, EVP

Alan joined CEDA in July 2019 and brings over 30 years of experience in finance. He has held CFO roles at various private equity-owned and publicly traded companies, including the last eight years as CFO in the telecommunications sector. Alan has an outstanding track record in creating value and is focused on aligning finance and operations to deliver on CEDA's business strategy.

Craig Nicholson

Craig has been part of the CEDA team for over eight years. As of November 2021, he transitioned into the role of Vice President, Health, Safety & Environment where he is responsible for overseeing CEDA's health, safety and environment systems and continuing to positively impact the safety culture at CEDA. Prior to his current role, Craig was the Director, Health, Safety & Environment.

David Niscak

David joined the CEDA team in 2011 as Vice President, Finance and in October 2022, transitioned into the role of Vice President, Finance & Technology Partnerships. He brings over 15 years of experience in finance and has held progressive senior finance roles in public exploration and production and midstream companies. With his proven track record of building strong business relationships, David is committed to increasing CEDA's financial flexibility and foundation to support the company's future growth. Having extensive corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience, David helps CEDA with the execution of key strategic initiatives ranging from acquisitions and financing deals to the implementation of supply chain strategies. In addition, he fosters and grows key relationships as it relates to CEDA's external growth in emerging technologies.

Greg Workun

Greg joined the CEDA team in 2013 as Vice President, Quality. In May 2020, he transitioned into the role of Vice President, Compliance & Specialty Services and is responsible for overseeing CEDA's quality management systems, fleet compliance, and our Centre of Excellence, which includes engineering, PMO, leak seal and chemical cleaning.

James Hewson

James has been part of the CEDA team since 2017. As of September 2020, he transitioned in to the role of Vice President, Rest of Canada Region where he is responsible for CEDA's ROC operations throughout Saskatchewan, Ontario and Alberta. Prior to his current role, James was a Business Development Manager.

John Keirstead

John joined the CEDA team in 2016 as a Fort McMurray Regional Account Manager and moved into the role of Director, Business Development in May 2020. As of November 2021, he transitioned into the role of Vice President, Business Development. He is responsible for developing and implementing CEDA's business development strategy as well as working closely with our regional operations teams to support new clients and maintain ongoing contracts.

Kevin Fleury - CEO, President

Kevin was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of CEDA in September 2012, after having served on CEDA's Board of Directors. A 35-year veteran of the industrial and oilfield services industry, Kevin is committed to ensuring CEDA is a values driven organization by visibly integrating our core values into how we do business.

Paula Breeze

Paula joined CEDA in August 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. An expert in talent management and employee engagement, Paula is focused on delivering a platform of high performance HR services to create and enable a highly engaged work group. Her portfolio also includes corporate strategic planning, integration, communications and community engagement.

Tim Workman

Tim joined CEDA in March 2019 as Director, Corporate Controller and brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. In October 2022, Tim was promoted to the role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Controller. He is responsible for managing the overall financial information of CEDA and its subsidiaries including invoicing, payroll, external financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Prior to joining CEDA, he held a Vice President role at a publicly traded company in the power generation sector, which was preceded by progressively senior accounting roles at ATCO, Enbridge and ENMAX.

Travis Goudie

Travis joined CEDA in 2012 as Director, Finance & Strategic Planning, bringing with him 15 years of strategic planning, financial analysis and business development experience from the energy infrastructure and industrial services sectors. In September 2017, he transitioned into the role of Vice President, Operations Development. Travis is responsible for driving new processes and procedures devoted to fleet and equipment utilization, margin improvement, KPI development and corporate score carding enhancements. He also takes the lead on CEDA's transaction portfolio and plays a key role in acquisitions and joint venture development. As a CPA and CMA, Travis serves as a development coach for new and emerging business leaders across CEDA.
