Dave Cusumano is a Senior Financial Director and CFO with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries with a history of success in US and European accounting environments. With a mix of both public and private accounting experience, he has excelled at leadership positions throughout his career, including Controller, Director of Finance and VP, Regional Head of Finance North America. Dave possesses a strong track record of facilitating organizational improvements and implementing operational and financial best practices while being an integral component of dynamic strategic leadership management teams. In addition to his knowledge of US GAAP, coupled with his many years working in the US locations for global companies such as SSI Schaefer and BIC Group, Dave is also well versed in other international standards such as IFRS and German GAAP.

Dishan's career has given him deep experience in industries such as banking, research, digital media, technology and biotech. Kristina Smith is a true operational financial executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the private sector. She began her career in accounting for a small manufacturing company in Southern California where she learned the value of automation, technology, lean principles, and processes along with how these concepts help drive profitability in a business. Subsequently these concepts became the baseline in her approach to building and strengthening teams for several mid-market manufacturing and service companies across the globe.

Driving financial health is the primary focus for Kristina in her engagements. Kristina earned a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to earning her minor in Finance, she minored in IT which proved beneficial as she progressed into heavier FP&A roles and ERP projects over the years. She currently lives in Catawba, NC and can travel on location as required.

Linda is a Certified Public Accountant and started her career in public accounting with a global accounting firm, today known as Ernst & Young. She is well versed in audit processes and techniques and can manage both internal and external audits effectively. She is also skilled in cash management and forecasting, building several cash models in her career to help her manage business cash flow, as there is nothing worse than managing an unexpected cash crisis. Linda is also somewhat of a systems techie, skilled in data mining from a myriad of commercial systems and can turn that data into trend reporting and actional data using the powers of basic Excel, Excel Power Pivot, and PowerPoint, as well as Power BI. She also has a unique ability to bridge the gap between IT professionals and the user community when more powerful IT solutions are necessary. Linda lives in the South Charlotte area but travels to wherever there is a need.
Matt Jackson is a CPA who has over sixteen years of accounting and financial management experience serving a variety of business structures and industries. He began his career in public accounting providing audit services to clients in the retail, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. After leaving public accounting, Matt held several positions for large Charlotte-based corporations optimizing their financial reporting and providing financial modeling and forecasting tools to augment strategic planning initiatives. His most recent position was the lead financial executive in a successful, high-growth professional services firm, which tripled in size during his six years with the firm through means of organic growth and multiple acquisitions. Matt is well-versed in providing financial awareness and direction to business leaders and stakeholders, growing strong relationships with key business partners, and building smart financial systems to optimize efforts to maximize profit and optimize entity value.
Matt is a native to North Carolina and is a graduate of East Carolina University where he holds a Master's in Accounting. A father of four, Matt and his wife, Lauren, are an active outdoor family and enjoy as much time as possible in the beautiful western Carolinas.

Roy Watson is a seasoned Executive Professional with over 37 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. After selling his own regional company in 2002, he has worked with several Private Equity Groups and their small to mid-cap Portfolio Companies to secure their Executive CFO needs.
