Anthony has 20 year's experience in the finance and investment sectors. He commenced his career at Trowbridge Deloitte before moving into institutional investment roles and funds management. Anthony is currently an investment manager at Thorney Investment Group where he commenced in 2017. Anthony was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 6 December 2023.

Brendon Glass - CFO

Brendon has more than 20 years' executive experience driving commercial and strategic initiatives across a variety of industries including wealth management, online broking, SaaS and FMCG. This includes over ten years of executive leadership at Macquarie Private Wealth and UBS Wealth Management (Australia). Prior to joining Centrepoint Alliance, Brendon held CFO and interim advisory roles across a range of diverse, fast-paced growth transformation environments. He has comprehensive experience across financial functions in listed and unlisted environments, company secretarial and investor relations experience, as well as merger and acquisition and capital management expertise. Brendon is committed to delivering the support for advisers to provide balanced quality advice to clients, to grow their wealth and provide peace of mind. Brendon is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and has served as Chair of the Chartered Accountants in Business Advisory Panel for CAANZ.

Cameron Cogle

Cameron has 23 years experience in the financial services sector. He joined Centrepoint Alliance in 2017 with the goal of wanting to help advisers provide the best advice to their clients. Cameron is experienced in providing business owners guidance in running their advice practice covering areas relating to strategy, governance, process and people. Daniel Stojanovski

Daniel joined Centrepoint Alliance in October 2020 as Head of Research, he is responsible for Centrepoint Alliance's Research offering and runs the firms model portfolios and approved product list. He is also responsible for the managed accounts, investment philosophy, responsible investment philosophy, investment strategy and asset allocation. Daniel has over 10 years of investment experience, holding several responsibilities in research across managed funds, equities, and portfolio management over his career. Previously to Centrepoint Alliance, Daniel spent five and a half years at Insignia (formerly IOOF) as a Portfolio Manager in their Research team, where he helped run a number of portfolios from accumulation to retirement, while also launching Insignia's ESG philosophy and ESG portfolios. Georg brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, online media and real estate industry. Previously he was Executive Chair of iCarAsia the largest automotive marketplace in South East Asia before its takeover by carsome.com. He was also Managing Director and CEO of iProperty Group, the owner of Asia's No. 1 network of property portal sites and related real estate services before its takeover by REA Group, Southeast Asia's largest ever internet buyout at that time. Prior to iProperty Group, Georg was Managing Director and CEO of LJ Hooker Group with 700 offices across nine countries providing residential and commercial real estate as well as financial services. Georg holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Diplom-Informatiker (Computer Science Degree) from Technische Universität München and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM). Georg was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 7 October 2016. Georg is currently a Non-Executive Director of BUTN Ltd (ASX:BTN) and Proptech Group (ASX:PTG). He takes pride in the quality of the relationships he maintains with advice firms and finance broker partners and is committed to helping them succeed in their business endeavours. His diversified career has included an extensive period working at Suncorp and Westpac in branch management, lending, corporate alliances, and third-party distribution roles. His career at ME Bank as State Partnership Manager saw him managing all state-based stakeholder relationships of the Industry Super Funds and the Union movement in Victoria.

Jonathon Nguyen

Tara is a Centrepoint Alliance success story. Starting her career in 2001 within finance she quickly moved into a Compliance role with Professional Investment Services in 2003 and quickly progressed through a succession of compliance and practice management roles. In 2016, she was appointed Professional Standards Manager for the Centrepoint Alliance group. A regular presenter at our Professional Development days, Tara assists our adviser community to protect and grow the value of their business by identifying and reducing risk, understanding best practice and dealing with the regulator. Tara runs webinars and training for our advisers and dealer principals to ensure they're across the latest legislation and requirements. She also produces technical content and guides on any changes as they happen. 

Tracey Najjar

Tracey joined Centrepoint Alliance in 2017, with over 20 years' experience in mortgage aggregation. Tracey's passion is helping brokers develop strong sustainable businesses. During her career, Tracey has worked in numerous roles giving her the opportunity to develop her skills and knowledge to deliver the support she provides to our broker network. She has worked as a broker herself, as a Business Development Manager for other industry aggregators as well as for Australian Life Insurance and Life broker, all companies that delivered their products through national mortgage broking networks. Previous to her career in mortgage aggregation, Tracey was a Branch Manager and Mobile Lender for the Commonwealth Bank, giving her the hands-on knowledge she uses when helping our broker network develop business growth strategies and staffing solutions.
