Kathleen J. Anderson is a Managing Director of Celtic Capital LLC.. She manages the investment portfolios of several of the family-affiliated investment entities. Early in her career, she worked as an attorney with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, specializing in financial and venture capital transactions. She has also served as an attorney for Franklin Templeton funds focused on its venture capital investments. Kathleen graduated from Boston College and got her law degree from Fordham Law School in New York City. She and her husband have two children and reside in the San Francisco Mid-Peninsula..

Robert A. Ferris, President of Celtic Capital LLC, has more than 40 years of private equity investment experience. His firms' investments span many industries, including manufacturing, distribution, information technology and government services. California-based Celtic Capital LLC is primarily involved in the management of all investments of the family-affiliated investment entities. For the 10 years ending in 2008, he was a Managing Director of Caxton-Iseman Capital, a New York based private equity investment firm affiliated with the Caxton organization. In 1981, he co-founded Sequoia Associates, a California-based buyout firm. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President, and Secretary at Arcata Corporation, a publicly-traded forest products and printed products company and was with Carter, Ledyard & Milburn in New York City. Mr. Ferris has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous privately-owned and publicly-traded companies. He has also been active in various educational and charitable activities. He served as a trustee of Fordham University, is currently a member of the Board of Overseers of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and is a member of the /advisory Board of Street Life Ministries.. Mr. Ferris graduated from Boston College, got his JD degree from Fordham Law School and attended Harvard Business School. He and his wife Evelyn have two children and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
