Centurion Investments, LLC was formed in 2003 with the focus of investing in industrial real estate throughout the United States as a means to provide attractive cash flow to our investors, while minimizing the risks attending such investments. Our primary investments are single tenant, long-term, net leased warehouse/distribution and light manufacturing facilities. By focusing on facilities that are strategic to our tenants and under long-term leases, we are able to ride out the ups and downs of the financial markets, while continuing to provide a steady cash flow to investors... The principals of Centurion Investments have over 75 years combined experience in industrial and investment real estate, having transacted in excess of $5 billion in ownership and advisory capacities. While ownership interests are primarily in single tenant industrial properties, there are also holdings in office, apartment and retail assets, with holdings in over 15 states.
