CESCI

CESCI is an association based in Hungary which aims to decrease the separating effects of the (state) borders in Central Europe. To this end, we conduct researches, elaborate strategic plans, prepare and implement projects, support cross-border cooperation practitioners and take part in policy-making on national and EU level... The objective of our Legal accessibility initiative is to identify the persisting legal and administrative obstacles along the Hungarian borders and to draft proposals for their elimination in order to facilitate cross-border cooperation and lighten everyday life of border people. Beside the sectoral recommendations, CESCI also promotes the establishment of the institutional background of obstacle management at national, at bilateral (with the neighbouring countries) and international (i.e. Visegrad Countries) level... Territorial Action Plan for Employment (TAPE) tool developed with the assistance of the CESCI team within the framework of the Slovakia-Hungary..
