Established in 2011 by Mite and Tina Domazetovski, Change Strata is a professional services provider of strata, community and building management services. Our services cover every aspect of managing a strata scheme, including budgeting and planning, selecting and coordinating service providers and providing comprehensive reporting. Change Strata acts as a trusted advisor, enabling owners to make informed decisions about their strata plan to preserve and enhance the value of assets. We also consult to property developers, drawing on our in-depth knowledge of strata management legislation and issues, to plan and establish new schemes.
