Daniel is a senior counsel with the firm. He was admitted to practice in 1983. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and received his law degree from California Western School of Law. He is a lifelong resident of Bakersfield, where he practiced with several firms including Klein, Wegis and Rudnick & Rudnick, and also served as general counsel for a private veterinary pharmaceutical corporation.
