Chris brings a wealth of experience in the oil and gas and natural resources sectors, along with experience as a field engineer with ExxonMobil, and as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his engineering degree from McGill University.

Donna Young joins Champion Fiberglass with an extensive sales background. Most recently, Donna served as Project Sales Manager for US Tray, where she provided sales support to distributors and to rep agencies in the eastern half of the U.S. for over 10 years. She brings a professional, energetic, problem-solving approach to her role at Champion Fiberglass. Her territory includes the Southeastern US, Michigan, Wisconsin and Upstate New York.

Goran Haag graduated with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from RIT (Royal Institute of Technology) in his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden. He worked in the chemical industry in Europe and Asia before coming to the United States in 1986. Goran was one of the two original founders in 1988 of Champion Fiberglass, Inc. and has been the sole owner since 2008. Goran is active in NFPA, NEMA, NEMRA, ASTM and many other professional organizations.
Jackie Davis brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors. She retired after 20 years as the Community Development Block Grant Administrator for the City of Fort Collins, CO. She was also the office manager in a medical office for five years before relocating to The Woodlands, Texas. She joined Champion Fiberglass in 2009 and became the Human Resources Manager in 2011.
Kent Brown brings over thirty-five years of sales experience within the electrical industry. He has been with Champion Fiberglass for over seven years working as a Regional Sales Manager Prior to Champion Fiberglass, he was a principal of Pinnacle Sales in Utah. Kent also served as Vice President for Porter Brown Sales for 14+ years. He attended Weber State University. Kent embodies the perfect combination of industry experience, knowledge, professionalism and temperament. Kent is responsible for sales in the Central US.
Matt Brocato has nearly 12 years of electrical industry experience. Before joining Champion FiberglassⓇ he worked in electrical distributor sales where he carved out a niche in the chemical plant and industrial facility sector. He's been with Champion Fiberglass since 2020 serving as Product Manager - Champion Bridge DrainTM, Inside Sales Supervisor and Inside Sales Representative.

Matt Fredericks brings a decade of industry experience to his role at Champion Fiberglass. He previously worked at Upper Midwest Utility Sales, a manufacturer's representative agency. There, he specialized in selling Champion Fiberglass® conduit to electrical contractors and the utility market. As the Director of North American Business Development, he is responsible for developing high-level relationships within the electrical and utility contractor/end-user markets to increase Champion Fiberglass' market awareness and sales revenues. He also works with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Champion Fiberglass manufacturer's reps to grow and expand the customer base and market share in North America, specifically the US East and West Coasts and Canada. Fredericks has a BA from the University of Minnesota - Morris.
Paul Casano graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in December of 2017, and upon his graduation was named as the Engineering Manager for Champion Fiberglass. Paul has been part of Champion Fiberglass since his graduation from high school in 2012, first as a full-time Production Assistant, then as Engineering Assistant. While filling these roles, he was also finishing his degree plan, first at Lone Star College, then at the University of Houston. In August 2020, Paul was promoted to plant manager with responsibility over both production and engineering.

Industry veteran Scott Patchan's career spans over 30 years in construction, manufacturing and distribution. For over 10 years, he has been driving record sales and product line development for Champion Fiberglass. Previously Scott served in general manager, national sales management, marketing and product development roles with Unistrut Construction, Atkore International, T.J. Cope and Robroy Industries. Today, Scott leads the sales and marketing teams, overseeing growth of all Champion Fiberglass product lines across North America and globally.
