The Chartwell Consulting Group was formed in 1988 in when Mike Wills left the partnership of Ernst & Young Management Consulting to establish his own consulting practice. Early clients were the Laurentian Bank, the Royal Canadian Mint and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where he had previously held various management positions, including Controller of the International Division... Chartwell brings to its clients experience in managing large and complex projects in difficult settings. Through consultative strategic planning processes and leadership of teams, we act either as facilitators or project managers focused on results and on charting a course for successful implementation...
