Dana Johnson is the Managing Director of Chassman Associate's West Coast operations based in Los Angeles. Before joining Chassman Associates in 2014, Dana practiced corporate law in New York, specializing in private equity and venture capital transactions. She also served as the first general counsel of a financial technology start-up.
A native Californian, Dana attended college at the University of Chicago and received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. A member of the Junior League, Dana also volunteers for various pro bono and non-profit groups. She and Charlie, her cocker spaniel, love to go to Griffith Park and the beach.
Deirdre works very closely with Keira conducting high level retained Partner searches and executive level in-house GC searches. She also oversees a broad spectrum of contingency searches at the Associate and Counsel level.
Deirdre's expertise in Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Training, Organizational Development, and Consulting have assisted numerous organizations around the world solve challenging and complex personnel issues. She also provides discrete career coaching and counseling services to attorneys who wish to take their careers to the next level. Her goal is to deconstruct and dismantle limiting beliefs at their source in order to help candidate's execute their potential and close the gap between where they are and where they'd like to be.
Deirdre earned a master's degree in Clinical Social Work & Counseling from Columbia University. She cut her teeth in business in the real estate world. Previously, she was a photo essayist trained at SUNY Purchase's School of Art + Design, one of the preeminent undergraduate BFA programs in the country.
As an active member of the Millburn/Short Hills New Jersey community, Deirdre's primary joy in life is being the mother of two terrific boys.
Domenic is an accomplished attorney specializing in Business, Corporate and Entertainment Law. Prior to starting his own firm, Domenic practiced in New York at an international firm, Jones Day and at the large, technology-oriented, law firm Brown Raysman. Domenic has counseled both Fortune 500 companies and high-tech start-ups. He has been intimately involved in many domestic and international corporate transactions. Domenic earned two degrees at McGill University (M.A. and B.A.), obtained his law degrees from Oxford University in England and Dalhousie University (LL.B.) in Canada. He earned his LL.M. (in International Business Transactions) from Columbia University.
In addition to speaking Italian and French fluently, Domenic enjoys film, theater and is an avid baseball fan. Domenic is also an avid runner, having completed eight marathons, including Chicago, San Francisco and Rome.

Keira has a decade-long track record in legal recruiting, placing candidates in the most prestigious law firms and companies in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, and the Far and Middle East. A sampling of the companies she has conducted searches for include UBS, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup-Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, Primedia, Inc., Cablevision Systems Corporation, NHL Enterprises, L.P., the National Basketball Association, MTV, Time, Inc., Honeywell, ImClone, Wyeth, St. Jude Medical and prominent private equity firms and hedge funds.
Keira developed her practice after working in Los Angeles at a top talent agency (now part of William Morris) and later in New York as a therapist, counselor, and executive coach to lawyers, business people, creative executives, and entrepreneurs.
She earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and her B.F.A. in Film and Television Production and Theory from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She is a frequent speaker on topics concerning attorney recruiting, placement, retention, and career/executive coaching and counseling. Among Keira's many interests are music, film, art, and design. She is also with a supporter of Dress For Success, an international nonprofit organization that promotes economic independence for disadvantaged women.

Tera is excited to bring her unique skill set to our new Houston office. Tera brings a balance of creative and analytical skills to the recruiting process. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also studied at New York University, receiving a Masters of Art degree in Arts Administration. Combining the skills she acquired academically and professionally she has worked in legal recruiting in New York and as financial analyst on Wall Street.
Tera has successfully conducted searches for Fortune 500 companies, various hedge funds and investment firms as well as prominent law firms.
Tera is a supporter of the visual arts, with memberships at the Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Houston Museum of Fine Art. She enjoys long distance running, playing golf and exploring local art galleries.
