Trump Plaza and Taj Mahal in Atlantic City as Banquet Manager. During 2008 economical crisis of USA I traveled abroad to U. A. E. Dubai and Abu Dhabi to work with Jassim Al Amiri family, then Norway and finally in London, England to expand my culinary experiences.
