Carnival Cruise Line at Miami for Caribbean Islands cruises. Hilton Hotel chain in USA, New Jersey. Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan, New York. Trump Plaza and Taj Mahal in Atlantic City as Banquet Manager. During 2008 economical crisis of USA I traveled abroad to U. A. E. Dubai and Abu Dhabi to work with Jassim Al Amiri family, then Norway and finally in London, England to expand my culinary experiences.
