ALICE CHENG

Before establishing her firm, Alice Cheng gained insight into intermodal transportation as senior staff at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), There, Alice led freight and industrial development policy, planning and developing numerous rail freight facilities including Hunts Point Food Distribution Center in the Bronx, the world's largest food distribution center, along with terminals and railroads on the Brooklyn waterfront and on Staten Island to serve container and breakbulk ports. Alice was the lead program manager on behalf of New York City and the Port Authority for the reactivation of freight services on the bi-state Staten Island Railroad. Earlier in her career, Alice was an economist for The Louis Berger Group analyzing highways, ports, transit systems, water treatment facilities and airports infrastructure. She was appointed to the Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council (MTSNAC) by the USDOT Secretary and served on the Ports Subcommittee. Alice is a licensed professional planner with a Master of Science in Energy and Environmental Management and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Bryn Mawr College.

Cristina Price

Cristina Price is an economist with over twenty years of experience in real estate and transportation economics and market research. Prior to joining Cheng Solutions, Cristina was a real estate analyst for Deutsche Bank examining potential commercial acquisitions and an economist for PIERS analyzing macroeconomic conditions among international trade partners. Cristina holds a BA in economics from Claremont McKenna College and Master's degrees in economics from the London School of Economics and New York University. In addition to consulting, Cristina is an adjunct professor of economics at City University of New York.

Dr. Mike Fusillo

Dr. Mike Fusillo is a transportation economist with over 25 years of experience assessing transportation assets, their revenue, and economic impacts. He has deep expertise in forecasting and has assisted a wide array of clients with the economic analysis needed to weigh project viability. Prior to joining Cheng Solutions, Mike was a principal economist at Halcrow and The Louis Berger Group, and has also served as Director of Maritime Research for PIERS. In addition to consulting, he is an adjunct professor of economics at Tufts University teaching macroeconomics and international trade. Mike holds degrees in economics, applied economics and applied econometrics from Boston University, NYU, and the CUNY Graduate Center. Mike started his career as an anti-trust economist for the law firm Skadden Arps, Slate, Meager and Flom.
