Dr Antonio Conto - Managing Director

A biologist and registered in the European Register of Toxicologists (ERT), Dr Antonio Conto began his journey in regulatory affairs in 2001 by founding ChemSafe, after 13 years of experience in an Italian toxicology CRO. To date, he has published more than 100 articles in the regulatory field in numerous specialised journals.

Dr Emanuela Fino - CFO

Graduated in Political Science, Dr Emanuela Fino joined ChemSafe in 2008 after 23 years of experience in an international credit organization. Today, she holds the Chief Financial Officer position in personnel and corporate responsibility management.

Francesca Fasano

Francesca has a solid background in chemistry with a BSc in industrial chemistry, a BSc in chemistry and a PhD in analytical chemistry, and in 2023 she obtained an Executive MBA degree. Between 2006 and 2010, he carried out research as a guest worker at the US EPA in Athens (GA) and at the University of Turin and the IZSPLV. Since 2011, he has been working at ChemSafe on agro/biocide projects. In 2015, Francesca became Head of the Agro/biocide BU and in 2020 Head of the Chemicals BU, which deals with consultancy in the area of REACh, CLP, Biocides, Agrochemicals and Fertilisers regulations.

Marco Rodda

Alongside her role as Head of BU Chemical, in 2022, Francesca becomes Chemsafe's Operation Director.

Paolo Rossi - VP of Sales

Paolo graduated in Biotechnology in 2003 and in 2019 received an MBA from Politecnico di Milano. He joined ChemSafe in 2017 after 15 years of professional experience in the scientific, regulatory and commercial fields both in Italy and internationally. He leads the Business Development Group, a team of qualified people who are new customers' first contact with ChemSafe and who follow them up over time together with the regulatory experts of the various BUs.
